He only even bothered moving to see what Mizuki was up to, with him being able to move around again he figured his resting or rather boredom was about to be disrupted soon enough. Though he wasn't planning to watch the man undress, that wasn't part of his initial plan. Though he seemed to space out a little, he wasn't even really paying attention to what Mizuki was doing as he was getting lost in his thoughts again.

It had just dawned on him he could be stuck here till they did finally let him die hell if they really wanted to they could force him to eat.. that wasn't pleasant in any way. Though his thoughts did drift a little from that to how the hell Mizuki was a General and didn't seem to have a scratch on his body.

Though he quickly put that thought aside and questioned himself why the hell he even had that on his mind, maybe that odd dream he had or rather nightmare had gotten to him worse then he thought.

Little did Thalion know there was going to be another raid on this little camp, a full force one. Not calling upon the full army tat the West had to offer but enough that would be able to take this camp over.

Mizuki soon dressed in his regular black battle hiori. Looking to his armor he kind of laughed at himself. Like hell he was putting that on. Then his eyes drifted to the lavender chrystal that was laying on the table. His heart skipped a beat. He rached out as quick as he could to place the chrystal back around his neck. Once he felt the cool stone set upon his skin he gave a little sigh.

Noticing that there was no hair tie upon the table Mizuki gave a little shrug and grabbed his staff walking slowly back over to the bed he sat down. Moving back into the place he was before now with his staff held across his lap Mizuki looked up and finaly spoke to Thalion. "There is a change of clothes there upon that table for you" He said simply indicating to the table on the other side of Thalion and the food.

He never moved even with Mizuki speaking to him. Whatever his thoughts were on seemed to distract him well enough. Hell he was't really sure what he was thinking about. He kept going back and forth between being positive that he could get out of this damned mess and then to the fact that being that blind was stupid.

All of this could have been avoided if he had just watched his target better he should have known it was just a shadow copy of it's owner.. it wasn't that hard to miss it if you knew what you were looking for. Why did he have to be careless one damn night and it come to this. It was a learned lesson that was sure, not that it did him any good.

though after a while it did register that he had been spoken to, though he found it amusing to say the least when it clicked in what he was told. "tsk I think you'd enjoy that too much." He said in a slightly amused sounding voice, he wasn't being serious but he wasn't about to try and get changed either. Not with him there, it wasn't the matter of privacy it was more of the matter his hands were still bound and he wasn't even about to try to pull that stunt off. Plus he didn't trust Mizuki to not try anything stupid. .. not that the man couldn't make Thalion do whatever he leased with the little charm still attached to his skin.

There was a group of at least five scouts checking the area out and feeding reports of numbers and what tent to be targeting. Seemed word had still gotten out that Mizuki was hurt or at least slowed enough to be less of a threat. Though for the moment the main force stayed out of view of the camp, they would wait for it to be darker to have a advantage. The group had a few shadow mages with them each holding the ability to allow others to see in the dark or also know as shadow sight.

there were also arrows and other weapons with similar curses and enchants compared to the dagger that had gotten Mizuki. if anything that alone would keep this camp busy while they got to Thalion, apparently the leader of the Western army wanted this commander back badly..

Mizuki stayed almost meditated all day. The light in the tent began to dim before the medical team came in and lit candles to provide light. They then began to check over wounds of both people within the tent. Mizuki just sat there and moved when he was told so they could check everything. The mark on his chest was healed completely with no trace left behind. He wished he could say the same for his back though. With what the Drow had did the night before the laserations were to great to heal over fully. White bumpy scares formed over his back from his left shoulder blade down to before his ass. Some creeping to the side very close to his heart. He was lucky. "Will you just shut it already" Mizuki said to Thalions protests and profanity towards the medics checking him over

"I will not just shut it" He hissed towards Mizuki. "I've got nothing better to do hell at this rate I'd beg for you to just slit my throat now then to have to deal with being stuck in one spot for the rest of my days." He was being serious too, he would rather die then be forced to stay alive and be kept bounded. Hell he wouldn't wish that fate on his worse enemy even.. though he didn't know he'd get the chance to decide that soon enough.

It was a few hours after the medics had left the tent leaving only the guards behind, though it was still only the two guards.. not that they needed more then that against a unarmed and bound captive. Let alone one that had no magic ability.

About that time the night sky was still slowly creeping over head, it was dark enough to begin the strike. A sudden cry came through the darkness as a wolf's howl cold be heard through out the camp grounds. Though it wasn't just a wolf cry it was one of a wear beast. After the howl was released a small group of mounted units forced themselves into the camps front gates soon to be followed by the units on foot and then a smaller unit group that was only 5 units in all that dropped from the sky on griffin back.

The commotion that suddenly arsed outside perked Thalion's interests as he laughed a little thinking about it. It was funny to him if it was another attempt to try and get him out of here.. he had plans now if that was the case. The guards looked at him and then to Mizuki across the way waiting for a order, they were told to not let Thalion out of their sight but they also had the duty to fight if something like this came up.

Mizukis head snapped to the noise that came from outside. It was not the first howl but the second that came from Maya. It was a howl of war! Mizuki focred himself to stand and looked to the gaurd "Go and fight I have him" He said turning a glare towards Thalion "I swear to the gods if I find out this was all for you I will skin you alive" He said in a very calm tone.

Mizuki was pissed! Of corse they would attack the camp now when he was down. He wanted to go out and give every living thing a peice of his tired and fustrated mind. All that mattered right now was watching Thalion or so he thought until a voice was heard behind him "Well well...what do we have here" That is when he felt the cool slide of mettle to his neck. In his tired state he didnt notice another cut the tent and enter the room behind him.

Luna was outside fighting tooth and nail to get towards the tent all the while screaming orders "Pattalion one north!" She shouted and watched as men of all different races run about "Dragons take flight' She yelled and finally "Your number one priority is to get to the General!" She shouted over the comotion and watched as the battle began to migrate closer to the tent where Thalion and Mizuki were in. Her heart skipped a beat as she notied the rip of fabric.

Thalion shrugged a little "hell if I know what they are thinking, apparently I'm important to someone" He found it funny that Mizuki was threatening to skin him alive, he'd make some smart remark but he didnt get the chance to as someone came up behind Mizuki and started speaking, as well as another figure. It seemed to be the lizard man from before. "maybe you'll reconsider that promotion now seeing as the General went out of his way this time to ensure you were relived from the care of the Eastern army" He hissed out, though it almost sounded like a threat.

Thalion shrugged again. "tsk I don't want a damned promotion rank means nothing, when this fucking war ends i'll go back to my normal bloody life and be rid of the lot of you." Though in the same breath he seemed to demand that they get the binds off of his hands before he really got pissed.

Rubbing his wrists a little be took a blade from the one who had control over Mizuki at the moment, though he smirked a bit thinking about it. "oh how the tables do turn" He seemed to think of a plan for this, yes that would work.

"you start walking outside be sure to point out that his neck is on the line, and you follow him." He was going to follow them as well, plus look out for the two dogs that Mizuki always kept close by, they would be the only real issue.. though they should stand down if they valued his life.

Fighting was heavily under way by the time they started to move outside, though it seemed like the Eastern force was trying to locate the general of the force that was currently here, it was a shame he would not be found on this battle ground.

Luna fought and gave everything that she had to get to the general before the west could. It would seem though she was to late. Glancing over to the tent she stopped dead in her tracks at what she saw. There he was the general being led out of the tent by Thalion knife held closely to the vital spot. She gave a hiss of pure anger and jumped off the ground to flap her wings and take flight.

Soon she landing rather harshly before Thalion and the general "Let him go" She all but screamed. He eyes didnt travel away as every last person in that area stopped and looked at what was playing out. Though it seemed she could do nothing to aid her general "Eastern army...stand down" Mizuki said in a horas voice do to his strained neck "But sir" Luna began "Thats an order" Was all he said. He would wrather keep his life

He hardly seemed threatened by the woman as she ordered him to release her general. He left Mizuki in the care of the two others that were with him as he stood before her. Most feared her kind, being strong and damn annoying to kill. But he seemed to care less. "I don't think you have the upper hand here to be ordering me to do a damn thing girl.." he hissed at her, he looked like he was mere seconds from striking out at her and in truth he probably was, his temper had easily worked its self up again as he stood there. not to mention he had plenty of reasons to hate her and kill her and the General here both. But He was leaving him alive for the moment.

"tsk you heard him, i'd advise listening, maybe I'll return him with all of his limbs attached hrm?" Sure he was being a little cocky but in truth thats just how he was, he cared little about what others thought. All he wanted to do was get the fuck away from this damned place and from there he really could care less if they dropped Mizuki off a cliff side.

With the army given the order to stand down, the Western side stopped it's attack and started pulling it's units back to the outside of the encampment. Once they were outside the camp as well he had half a mind to repay that favor of fixing Mizuki to a horse, but he didn't for now anyway. "You make sure he doesn't fall off" He said before they forced Mizuki on a horse binding his hands and feet so he couldn't do anything aside from lay there on the horses backside behind it's rider.

Thalion looked back towards Luna sure she had tried to be nice to him but he didn't give a damn she wasn't getting the General back he'd probably have to be killed to prevent further bloodshed. "If you follow I swear he'll bleed out faster then you can blink.." was his final words of warning to her before mounting onto a different horse that was brought with the group. With that being said the ground left the Eastern camp behind them and started heading off.

One of the riders came up next to Thalion seeing as the true General of this unit wasn't there and asked where were they suppose to take the captive. The answer was all too easy as he laughed suddenly thinking about it. "Mizuki was it? You wanted me to answer that blasted question of yours.. well you can have the answer now"

He looked back to the man who asked where they were headed "simple we're going to the main base, I don't think they are bold enough to try and follow us when his life is on the line, let alone in his state he's not completely able to defend himself."

Mizuki was fuming! How could this of happened! He lisened to everything that was going on paying attention to little details that may help him later. When the rope was placed around his hands and feet he gave a huff. At least this was better then being dragged behind one. He thought to himself as he was placed on the back of a horse. The last image Mizuki saw was the almost lost look of Luna as he was carried away into the trees.

It took most of the night before Thalion finally seemed to bring the group t a stop and dismounting. It was rather funny how close this area was to the Eastern base. "You carry him, and you three deal with the horses." He said before walking forward a few steps and bringing his fingers to his mouth before releasing a high pitch whistle though it had a certain tune to it.

A few seconds later the rock formation it self seemed to disappear before them to reveal a large interior cave. The group seemed to move forward, aside from the few that were told to take the horses to where they kept them and then the griffin riders who quickly took off after the group was inside the cave and the wall appeared once more.

The inside was almost like a town on it's own with homes and buildings carved into the stone face and then some taking up the floor and other flat areas of the cavern. There were even what seemed to be daily life going on around them, including children laughing and running about and families going about the day to day struggle. This was why Thalion was so damn stubborn to protect this, the one thing that he refused to let the Eastern kingdom have.

"you can release his feet, not like he can escape" He started walking forward before he spoke again towards Mizuki this time "you wanted to know, well you do now and it won't help you worth a damn. These caverns were used long ago by the drows of this land and it's all that these people have to call home."

Not that he really needed to explain it but he felt like he wanted to. Though he was quickly greeted by a young girl that suddenly jumped from one of the ledges and latched herself to his side. "Thal!" She cried out a she began sobbing suddenly and saying she was sorry over and over.

"tsk idiot.. cry over something important, I told you i'd make out right? and I did so stop this." He said putting a hand on her head before she let go and nodded a little though she was still upset it seemed. Though her expression changed after she saw who they had with them and she quickly hide behind Thalion or at least out of sight of Mizuki.

He sighed a little before looking at Mizuki "are you happy now? Your face scares young children" Though he smirked a little before walking away from the two who were making Mizuki walk. "were should we take him?" one of the two questioned before Thalion got too far off.

"I don't care put him somewhere out of the way, it's not like we have cells or nothing down here.. damn I dunno shove him in my quarters for now, i'll move him later after the General decides what to do with him." With that being said he walked off to probably go seek out the fabled General of the Western army to see what he was suppose to do with such a captive.

The two looked at one another before making Mizuki walk again, the looks from the people they passed were fear, sadness and hatred all mixed together. Most didn't know who he was but he was from the other side and the other side had killed so many of them already. Though the two walking with him ensured no one messed with him.. too much as they made him walk what seemed to be a good mile at least into the caves.

"well for now this if your last stop" The lizard man hissed out before forcing Mizuki into a decent sized room after opening the door. There were some form of light it seemed to be small glowing orbs, though there were some candles as well but the orbs glower far brighter then the candles. The two stayed with Mizuki, they'd do so till they were told otherwise. They would probably be excused by Thalion he hated giving orders but he did a damned good job at it. But when he could avoid it he would do so.

Mizuki watched everything that passed before his eyes as they traveled. Anything to keep track of where they were headed. He would get out of this then everything would pay. Mizuki was one to hold a grudge. He gave a huff as the horse finaly stopped. Good thing to his ribs ached like no other!

Standing he stretched as soon as his feet were cut free. Able to walk behind them he gave an angered growl to the men forcing him to walk past the pase that he could. Mizuki was angry about alot of things. One being that before this whole kidnapping bullshit happened he forgot to braid and tie back his silver hair. Now it was dingy and messy with dirt and mud from the ride up.

As they entered the stone cave Mizuki looked about. He could almost understand why Thalion was so carefull not to give away its location. Not only was it filled with solders and weapons there was women and childeren to. He was gussing alot of them to be from the castle before the raid happened.

They acted as if nothing was the matter. Just like every other day it would seem was about him. He was about to make a comment when a little girl starteled him by jumping on Thalions back. And then he realized who she was and almost smiled when she realized who he was. He was not pleased with Thalions comment but he lived with it and kept his silence the whole way.

Being shoved into a room was hardly his idea of fun, yet that is exactly what happened. He sighed and sat down under the farthest window from the door. The guards stood by the door never leaving it unguarded even for the smallest second. Looks like he was going to be here for awhile.

"sounds good.. wait what...." Was part of a conversation that could be heard outside of the room that was being guarded, it sounded like Thalion was talking with someone and he wasn't thrilled .. at all. It had been a few hours from when he last left the guards with Mizuki and he had been speaking with the general this whole time.

"You heard me" The other man spoke and it sounded like they had stopped walking, the two guards looked at one another sort of confused what was going on. "Thats not even bloody fair!" Thalion protested whatever he had been told wasn't making his day. "If i knew that I would have just dropped him off a damned cliff or something on the way here, why am I being punished when you wanted me to be back here"

The man seemed unaffected by Thalion's tone as he spoke again. "your not being punished, I thought it was a fair trade off now you can do as you see fit to him, revenge whatever you want. But either way we're done here.. I will speak to you again later" With that the other man seemed to walk off before Thalion grumbled under his breath as he walked into the room.

"You two.. LEAVE!" he barked suddenly, both doing as they were told quickly. Once they were gone he glared at Mizuki before speaking. "well lucky me I apparently get to baby sit your ass... " He was hopeful he could pawn him off to the general seeing as this guy was the general of the other army but that wasn't the case. He muttered a few more things under his breath but they seemed to be in another language aside from common.

Walking over to a closest that was on the side of the room he quickly poked through it before pulling out a change of closes, similar to what he was wearing before. To admit it his legs were still a bit sore from a few days ago now.. but he was forcing himself to go on cause there wasn't really time for rest.

He started to walk past Mizuki, he wanted a bath desperately then he'd change clothes, but he stopped for a second before speaking again. "Not going to talk at all are you? Geese that's annoying.. at least humor me a little" With that being said he went back to his walk to take a bath, really he wanted to die as soon as the hot water touched any of the sore spots still on his body.

The room was pretty much a one person living quarters, it had a room for the bath and other things and then a small area with what seemed to be a kitchen the rest was just where the bed and anything else you could think of was placed. Though there was only one door to the whole room and that was the one to get in or out. He should be more worried that Mizuki would try to run but he doubted the man had that type of energy stored up.

Mizuki sat there and listened to everything that happened and the tinyest of smirks could be seen on his lips as Thalion stormed in and explained that he was to "baby sit his ass" as he so elegantly put it. Mizuki didnt want to talk. Talking led to trouble and Mizuki had enough of that at this current moment in time. Though when Thalion said "humor me a little" Mizuki wanted to tell a joke just to get a rise from the Drow.

But he soon changed his mind hunching over so his hair was a silver wall seporating him from the outside world Mizuki began to sing softly. The tone was light and calm, almost loving. He sang it in his native tongue the words rolling off his lips with ease. Half way through he switched and sang the same thing in english.

"Why do you cry for me oh great river?
It is I that should weep for you.
Your waters now tarnished and red,
Within your lines float the dead.

So many lost to one so great,
Seems hardly fair that he knows our fate.
So pray to me my child of war,
So we may rest in peace once more"

Then the song ended just as it had began. Mizuki didnt raise his head. He just sat there in the silence that came after his voice. He was glad for it. The song brought about many memories of wars won and lost...each one Mizuki had spilt blood.

He never paid whatever Mizuki was saying or doing much mind as he finished what he was doing and threw the pants on, though he felt lazy at the moment and left the shirt off. It was his home after all why bother. He wasn't planning to go anywhere for a while.

Though when he walked out, his hair still a little wet from the bath, he sighed a little seeing Mizuki still hunched over. He kneeled in front of Mizuki a second before grabbing his hands and flipping a dagger from his belt and cutting the rope that had been binding his hands together.

Afterwards he stood up again and put the blade away almost as quickly as he had drawn it. "Go take a bath, if your going to be stuck here least get cleaned up" He walked away from him and flopped onto the bed face first before complaining into the mattress for a second and then moving to roll onto his side. "whatever you need should be in there, and if you behave I might think about not retieing your hands.

Ok sure probably the dumbest move he ever made but at the same time he was in a bit better condition then Mizuki was at the moment. Really it was just bothering him on his conscience to have the guy tied up in his house.. He hardly cared if the guy did try to run away. Though if he did Thalion would surely kill him then to prevent word of this place from being leaked out.

Mizuki sat there for a moment a little dumbfounded as his binds were cut and he was told to take a bath. He was greatful for the Drows kindness. He almost wished that he head showen the Drow more kindness. Slowly standing Mizuki walked over to the bathing area and ran himself a steaming hot bath. After the water was drawen Mizuki underessed then slipped into the steaming hot water.

As soon as he was in the water and his back was rested he gave a sigh. It felt so good! Mizuki brought his hair over his shoulder and sat there running his hands through his hair cleaning it of dirt and grime from the long trip there. He hummed to himself and closed his eyes as he sat there in the hotness.

Soon Mizuki drained the tub and dressed in his clothes. Sighing he ripped the end of his shit and parted his hair. Talking his time he braided his hair then tied the end with the piece he had wripped off. From there he slowly walked back into the room and sat where he once was no shirt upon his chest either.

It was probably foolish of him to release the bindings for Mizuki, or the fact he did feel sorry for the man. He might be a powerful general but at the same time the guy had no real purpose aside from following orders. Though at the same time not like Mizuki could get out of this place without going through the gate keepers.. so what was there to worry about him getting that far?

Thalion had managed to doze off pretty much forgetting that he had a charge he was suppose to be watching.. let alone that it was the same man who wanted nothing better then to kill him a few days ago. Though probably about the time that Mizuki settled back in the same spot once he was finished Thalion sat up suddenly from the bed n what appeared to be a cold sweat. What ever images that plagued his mind had really gotten to him this time around.

He seemed to stay there a moment getting his breathing back under control, about the same time he remembered the damn charm still on his chest. Ok yeah that wasn't something he should have forgotten about.. not with Mizuki not having any binding and he knew damn well what damage the thing could do. He was going to blame the charm either way for the odd dreams he had been having, ones that he really didn't want to have but at the same time he didn't mind aside from the fact that they were so sudden.

After he had calmed himself down he sighed heavily and laid back down, he still wanted to rest it was a different type of resting when he wasn't bound. Though he had noticed Mizuki on the floor again.. he wasn't going to ask what happened or where the shirt the man had been wearing ended up to. "you don' have to stay in the same spot you know.. I swear I don't rig my own living quarters to kill people"

In truth Thalion didn't know what the hell to do with this guy, he should be giving him the 3d degree and a first class torturing. But really that wasn't what he did, he never dealt with the captives he either went out and brought them back or killed them aside from that he never wanted to bother. It was a hassle to toy with someones life like that.

Though he had a few plans for Mizuki but they wouldn't happen till tomorrow, just because he was being nice now didn't mean that the General was getting off with nothing at all. Though the idea of not being tortured probably stumped Mizuki, after all the hell he had put Thalion through, yet here he seemed to care less about any of it. Truth was he didn't forget about it, but being alive and knowing that he wasn't doomed to die in that damn encampment was a blessing on it's own.

Mizuki sat there and listened to everything that Thalion had said with no care in the world. Honestly he knew where they were, the southeren mountains of the west. That was not hard to figure out. It was the 'how do I get out of here' that had Mizuki scratching his head. For now it would seem that he needed to stay calm and relaxed and just did everything that his captor had told him to do.

He was told to take a bath and get clean and so he did. There was no ferther instrunctions on what he needed/had to do so he sat back down where he once was right infront of the window the moon light making his hair glow slightly.

Seeing as Mizuki never said a word he sighed again sitting up. "geese I think I liked it better when you were threatening to kill me if I didn't tell you shit" It was getting to him that he was just .. sitting there silently. What was he expecting him to do? It's not like Thalion was really militarily trained he never was told what to do with a captive hell he didn't really care aside from a few minor tidbits of information he really didn't see the point of keeping a captive alive.

It seemed he still wasn't getting a response out of this guy, what could he be thinking about. Then again he knew damn well what he was thinking about. How to get out of this place. The gate keepers were heavily guarded to prevent anyone taking them out and even if Mizuki was at full strength it'd be a army against him to try and escape to tell this information to his Eastern army.

"tsk do whatever you want then, I wouldn't get comfortable cause your pulling your own weight tomorrow if you expect to eat." He moved again and laid back down before turning over to lay on his stomach, it was rather funny at how care free Thalion seemed to be. His mortal enemy in the same room unbound and he seemed to care less about it. Though at the same time Thlaion in most cases never fully went to sleep either..

Mizuki sat there thinking about what they were going to do to him tomorrow but he got his answer when Thalion explained to him that if he wanted to eat he would have to pull his own weight. Mizuki wanted to laugh at that. He was the general of the eastern army! He didnt do manual labour everyone else did. Thats how it was. Mizuki had learned at an early age that if captured never speak for every word that is spoken could be used against you. And it was true. Mizuki dipped his head as he fell into a slight meditated sleep. It would seem that the only way to get some rest would be this.

He awoke to the early morning orbs making their way to the cave roof to give lighting to everyone within the camp. It would seem that camp life started early early here. Mizuki cracked his neck with a sigh. It was going to be a long day and Thalion still slept.

"Thalion!" a voice rang from outside of the room, it sounded like the little girl again. She called out his name again before sighing and screaming louder with her next statement. "Thalion get your ass up!" Thalion never moved a inch, sure he heard her but he wasn't moving.

She sighed before picking the lock and opening the door as she walked in, though she stopped short seeing Mizuki. She drew back a little and let out a slight whimper staying close to the door. Thalion heard the whimper and sat up to see what the issue was. though about that time he was reminded that Mizuki was even still there.

His ears went back a little as he looked at the girl "who taught you to pick locks?" She smiled a bit before speaking though she still clung to the door. "you did.. remember" He thought a moment before groaning "damn it.. I'm fixing that lock later, see if you can get it then" he hissed a little knowing there were a few that were next to impossible to pull that stunt on.

She still held onto the door determined to not move from there as she spoke again "I'm suppose to tell you that your working in the depths today, and that your not to slack off just because you were missing for three days." She left after she was done speaking, Thalion was about to shoo her off anyway.

He sighed a little before getting off the bed and walking to grab a shirt throwing it on. "damn what'd I do piss him off?" he laughed slightly before looking towards Mizuki. "your coming too, I expect you can keep up it's just a little digging." Though he forgot to mention it was through rock.. nor did he really know that Mizuki never worked really .. things here were different compare to the Eastern camp.

Mizuki looked up as the little girl entered the living...shack? His light lavender eyes locked with her scared ones before he lowered his head again as if nothing had happened. He knew that the little girl infront of him was mortified that he was still there but in away Mizuki figures that he had did her a favor. The worl was full of evil being and people...though his name was said to be one of them. Mizuki shook his head lightly before he stood and walked over to the bathing quarters where he left his shirt. Placing it upon his back he stretched sore muscles as he left the room and stood beside Thalion. The other made a comment that he didnt listen to he meerly just fallowed the other out of the shack and down a road way.

This road way lastest a little ways before finaly ending at a entrance. The sounds of breaking rock, grunting and swearing could be heard from the dark shadows of the cave. It would seem that they were expanding the cave back, which would meen digging through rock, dirt and anything else that maybe within the walls of the cave. Great it was going to be a long day.

Before Thalion could say anything Mizuki walked over to a shovel that was propped up on the wall with many others and took his leave into the dark cave. Do to his abilities the darkness had no effect on him and he saw it clear as if day was upon them. Picking a spot that held two men at a time he began to shovel and dig loading up the cart behind him. There was no one working beside him at the moment. He slightly wondered if Thalion would take that place.

He shrugged a little seeing as Mizuki started working without saying a word. He was about to do the same but was stopped short as a human walked up behind him and spoke. "didn't kill him yet? Guess working him is as good as anything" Thalion flinched a little before turning to see the owner of the voice. "You said do whatever I wanted he was my problem so why the hell kill him if I can make him useful" He snapped a little before getting a pickaxe and walking to start working on the rock next to where Mizuki was.

"your right I did say that, figured you'd just kill him" The man laughed a little, apparently this was the so called general of the Western army, it was odd that he was just a mere human or at least from looking at him it seemed to be the case. The man said carry on before walking away to attend to matters elsewhere.

"tsk.. just don't over work yourself cause like hell in dragging your ass back" Thalion hissed towards Mizuki, he'd gladly leave him here maybe a rock shift would happen and kill the guy then. Though he doubted he'd be that lucky. It seemed this was for expansion purposes, they didn't care about the ore or any gems in the ground. Then again when this was all you had why care about such things the luxuries could be done without.

This went on for hours upon hours well into the afternoon before the little girl walked near where Mizuki and Thalion were, at first she just watched the two but then she spoke knowing that Thalion would just keep going if she didn't go fetch him. It wasn't that he was a drone or anything but he didn't know the word break when it came to tasks that needed to get done. Besides that they both looked like they could use a breather.

"You know you could have took a break a few hours ago" she managed to get out, though she kept her eyes on Mizuki, she didn't trust him sure she knew the world was cruel .. her parents were killed by this man's very army... He sighed a little before looking at her "probably, whatever guess now is as good a time as any. wouldn't want to kill him on the first day right?" He laughed slightly, Mizuki had a world of pain yet to go through, they'd be back after the break to do this again let alone probably the next week or so.

"come on, not sure what we have here stands up to your personal cook you probably have but you'll want to eat. Unless you plan to give up on the first day and die in a hole that is." He was trying to get anything out of Mizuki it was almost pissing him off the man didn't talk at all..

With that being said the girl lead them both out, well walked in front of them at the least. It wasn't like Thalion didn't remember how to get out of the spot they were in. "so where to then?" He wasn't really asking anyone but he figured that Neimi would speak up anyway. "I know! I wanta go to your place.. you cook better then the others.. " she looked at him trying to convice him to do just that.

"what work have you done today anyway..." She huffed a little crossing her arms "I worked! They made me help with the wash.." she made a face before following Thalion seeing as he started walking again. Though he laughed at her complaining about that "stop making faces at that, you'll need to know how at some point or another, besides it'll mean you'll be a good wife someday" He laughed harder thinking about it and she was hardly finding it funny. "I don't wanta be a wife!" she complained as she kept following him, though she kept her distance from Mizuki.

Mizuki was tired but he wouldnt let it show. This had to be the most manual work he had done in his entire life, and still they will return after a 'brake' as they so called it. Where Mizuki was from there was no 'brakes' there was only work. From morning to late night then you went and had something to eat. So this was...kind of nice.

While working beside Thalion Mizuki kept little glances at the male beside him. Noticing that rock by rock they all fell to a mighty strike. Do to the days prior of the male returning he was kind of shocked to see how hard Thalion worked even after the beating he so got. Mizuki almost felt bad for the young male before him.

Not only for that factor but for the little girl that always seemed to show up when she was least wanted. Hearing the voice and having Thalion stop Mizuki stopped also glancing down at the little runt beside them. And that led to this. Listening to the girl whine and complain about little things. Meanwhile Thalion simply laughed at her like she was crazy. Mizuki watched Thalion laugh. It was a new side Mizuki has never seen. So care free and...joyfull.

Once they reached the so called house and entered he walked over to the window and leaned against the wood crossing his arms infront of him and giving a little sigh. Mizuki stood there and watched Thalion start to cook something. Veggies, rice, and meat were all being cooked almost at the same time. Mizuki watched in silence as the male before him stretched then cursed as he dropped something on his shirt. Taking it off Mizuki almost faultered as he saw the charm still on the males chest.

Mizuki had forgotten about that completely! All this time the battle, the horse, the labor he had that thing attached. Mizukis heart for some reason almost lurched. With out thinking he pushed himself off of the wall he was leaning and walked over to Thalion. Quickly taking the knife from the counter he had to move quick. He sliced his finger and touched the spider saying the word 'release' in his native tongue the legs quickly retracted and he removed the meddalion getting ready for the blow he was sure Thalion was about to give.

Even if Mizuki didn't show it, Thalion knew damn well the man was tired. He was still recovering from the dagger let alone being forced to do all of this. By the speed he worked alone it was easy enough to tell Mizuki wasn't use to this type of work. He never said a word, he could push himself all he wanted to was only meaning less work he had to do in the end.

"Don't be a pest" he warned the girl who was sitting off to one side of the room avoiding Mizuki to no end. Though she was only sticking around for the food, the other females would go looking for her if she stayed away too long. She still didn't want to be a house wife she was going to leave this place when she was older or thats her plan for now.

He had forgotten about the charm himself for at least today, he had other things on his mind like focusing on the work he needed to get done still. Though he was paying more attention to what he was trying to cook when Mizuki made his move.

He was one motion short of flipping the dagger out from his belt when he even noticed what the hell just happened. He wasn't sure what to really do, what was going through Mizuki's head that charm was the only advantage he had here. He stood there a moment before relaxing his arm again so he didn't have hid hand hovering mere inches from the dagger. The girl seemed a little confused over what just happened but she knew better then to butt into Thalion's business.

"Don't expect me to thank you" He said bluntly after he had recovered over what just happened, when Mizuki had touched the charm he was expecting a jolt not for the thing to release it's self. Though he guessed at least not he didn't have to worry about a random jolt in his sleep..

He wasn't really sure what to do now, what was Mizuki trying to do.. removing that wasn't going to make Thalion release him if thats what he was doing. Either way he went back to paying attention to the cooking he had been doing. It was nearly done anyway, what he was fixing took little to no time to prepare. He didn't have the spare energy to really make anything else truth be told. He was still recovering himself, his legs still burned with each step he took even if he didn't show it.

After the food was done he took a bowl and fixed it before handing it over to the girl. "now get back to where your suppose to be before you get us both in trouble" She nodded a little with a slight nervous laugh before thanking him and walking out of the door. He shook his head a little before taking out two other bowls and fixing them as well.

Walking back towards where Mizuki had retreated back to he handed one to him and then moved a few steps away before sitting on the floor and sighing heavily. "glad I didn't want any damn kids.. " He laughed slightly to himself knowing he was complaining but at least it was something of a family, it was all he had anyway.

Mizuki was sure that dagger was going to end up in his chest. When it didnt he stepped back and gave a little sigh. When spoke it was exactly what Mizuki was expecting to hear so it was no shock to him. He too the charm with him and walked back over to the window all the while looking at it. Why on earth did he just do that! It was something Mizuki was pondering. It was just an impuse move he himself not even sure if it really happened. 'Well I just fucked my self over' Mizuki thought troubled.

When Thalion came back over and handed him the bowl he looked at it slightly. Mizuki was hungry but at the same time did not want to eat. As Thalion sat down Mizuki joined him placing the bowl a little beside his bent knee and his back against the wall. Mizuki then placed the charm off to his side upon the floor it was useless to anyone but him so he could care less what happened to it. After that he turned his head brought his braid over his chest to rest in his lap and then he jsut sat there. Staring at his hands.

"I'd eat if I were you" He said making the comment only after noticing he didn't seem to want to eat. "it's all from the same damn pot so it's not poisoned" Either way he wasn't going to force the guy to eat if he didn't want to, it was his energy not his. It took little to no time for him to finish eating, getting up once more he put whatever was left away. It was a bit odd with how he acted really he didn't have to waste his time feeding Mizuki if he didn't want to but he didn't like the idea of starving someone he was making work.

"come on then we've got work to do yet." With that they both went back to where they were before. Thalion had told the truth about earning his keep. Mizuki seemed a bit slower this time around probably sore from earlier on top of everything else. Though he never complained.. then again Mizuki had hardly said anything all day. It was plucking Thalion's last nerve. At least say something complain or anything.

As the day went on to night he still never got a word out of him no matter what he said. Even during the walk back home he could tell that Mizuki was walking slower then before. 'tsk damn it complain at least, act like you have a damn soul in that body.' He thought to himself more then annoyed.

why did it bother him so much he never had anyone get under his skin like this guy managed to do... even without talking he was managing that. After getting back to where he called home Mizuki seemed to go retreat back to the same spot as before as if he didn't want to leave the spot or that was some place he declared safe.

He was really just going to sit there day in and day out? then why did he move earlier when he removed the charm? He was still a bit confused why he removed it. unless there was a hidden use of the charm after it was removed. For the moment he just stood there trying to debate if he should walk over and punch him in the jaw or not to see if he at least gets a damn reaction then.

Mizuki sat quietly and watched as he ate. Not saying a word as the male stood. After the meal they walked back to the same spot. Picked up the same shovel and axe and began the work all over again. Mizukis pace was slowing. He was getting more tired by the minute. His muscles in his arms hurt to move. Each stroke and lift of the shovel brought burning pain.

When it was finaly time to go Mizuki gladly placed his shovel back where he had found it and walked behind Thalion at a slow pace. He fallowed the other until they reached the house. Walking in he walked right back over to the wall with the window and sat down with a pained grunt. Bringing his braid up over his shoulder Mizuki once again just sat there in silence. The food from lunch the exact same distance from his knee as it was then.

He frowned a bit, what was with this guy. everything about him just ate at the last nerve he had for the day. At this rate he wanted to kill him just to end this pathetic existence he seemed to have. At first he didn't say anything as he took the bowl that was still there, not that the food was any good by now.

He was trying to keep himself busy before he strangled the man. Or at least that's what he thought as he washed out whatever was used earlier and started putting everything away. This let him calm down a little but not much. Seeing as when he was finished Mizuki was still just sitting there what was he waiting for hell do something anything!

Thalion finally couldn't take it any more as he walked over to Mizuki and grabbed him by the collar bringing him off of the floor a little forcing him to look at him. "what the hell is your problem? I get your not pleased about being here but damn it you didn't even eat? Your going to be fucking worthless tomorrow and we have to go back down there." He still held Mizuki but he paused to get a breath in before he went on, it was obvious that Thalion was pissed to say the least.

"Do you really want to die here? Fuck I thought you were suppose to be the General of the Eastern army, your acting like your whipped and have no prayer of living. At like you have a damn backbone!" It really did irk him, to think this same man a few mere days ago was beating him and toying with him and now he sat here acting like he had no bloody soul.

Mizuki sat there and listened to everything Thalion did. He didnt want to do anything but sit there and keep what energy he had left. Then he was a little startelled when Thalion came over, grabbed his collar and yanked him roughly to his feet. Each muscle in Mizukis body protested the movement.

Mizuki was limp in Thalions arms until he got his footing better. After that he stood and looked at the male with dull lavender eyes and watched as his anger spiked more. What was Mizuki to do? He did the only thing that came to mind. Reaching his right hand up quickly he wove his fingers through Thalions hair and yanked the young males head forword clashing there lips together in a heated kiss.

Mizuki was shocked at his own actions! He was sure that his back was about to meet the wall as Thalions fist met his face. But if he was going to die here which he was sure he was why not have some fun first. But when he felt the others lips upon his he couldnt help but close his eyes. To him for some ungodly knowen reason...felt right.

He was about to say a few other things just to vent his rage that was on his mind about how Mizuki acted. But he was cut off when he noticed Mizuki's hand move and forced his head forward. There wasn't anything he could have done to prevent this happening. Hell he didn't see this coming in a million years there's no way he would have expected it.

He didn't do anything at first, what the hell was he suppose to do? He just stood there his eyes wide with shock and his ears were back still showing his annoyed state though they did drop a little with this sudden action. His mind was confused beyond recovery for the moment.

When he finally managed to get thoughts back into his head he forced Mizuki against the wall and drew a hand back like he was about to strike at him. His eyes were wild at the moment with a mix of shock still in them and anger. He wanted to kill this bastard for that. Though oddly when he released his arm he merely punched the wall directly next to Mizuki's head. Though the force left a indent and a small amount of blood from his hand in the wall.

He drew back and stormed away from Mizuki towards the washroom. Why the hell didn't he just kill this guy he was fucking with him now. Yet.. why did something in his mind tell him that he had wanted that all along. that was absurd! He didn't even speak or anything normally Thalion was very vocal when something was on his mind or if he was pissed but he never said a word this time, he didn't know what to say.

Instead he figured a bath would be good, it'd take his mind off of what the hell just happened. Why didn't he just punch him he deserved to have his jaw broke for that crap. Not only that but his mind kept going over that feeling.. Mizuki's lips against his, why was that after just a brief moment almost engraved in his mind now.

Mizuki stayed where he was leaned up on the wall. He didnt even blink when the first came forward to hit the wall beside his head. He just stared at Thalion. Then the other moved and stormed off to the bathing room. Mizuki then let out a breath he didnt know that he was holding. Relaxing a little he moved back over to where he normaly sat.

Leaning on the wall he slid down it in a heep of sore muscles and a shocked mind. What was he going to do when the Drow left the bathroom and saw him just sitting there.

He tried to get his mind on something else anything, anything would be better then this. Why did it keep going back to the same damn thought, was that charm not behind the dreams for the past few nights? Why would he even think that way about someone trying to kill him that wasn't something that you commonly did.

He half thought something was wrong with him or maybe he was just over worked today and he wasn't thinking clearly. Though his mind returned to thinking about Mizuki's actions.. when he was first captive the feeling of his lips against his ear.. even if he had pulled away then even that thought was coming back up in his mind.

He couldn't even relax now, what the hell was wrong with him. He needed to do something and he was almost fearful of what he was even thinking of dong. He finally gave up on relaxing and getting his mind off of it. Settling on what he needed to do he grabbed a towel and wrapped it around his mid section before walking out of the room and towards Mizuki.

He still seemed to be in a bit of a huff from before going off of his body language.. to say the least still very annoyed or worked up over something. The man was just sitting there in the floor again, though this time he didn't grab him off of the floor instead he kneeled down to the side of him and grabbed his face with one hand forcing him to turn his head before pressing his lips against his forcible.

His plan was to see if he got the same feeling as a few moments ago, he didn't really think that he would and this was the only way to answer it.

Mizuki sat there in silcence like usual. He heard the other enter the room once more. He was expecting Thalion to walk over to his bed and simply forget about everything. But when the male came over, knelt beside him forcing his head to the side and kissing him!

Mizuki was shocked at first but that was soon replaced with his hand once again in the males hair kissing him back. He didnt know what he was going to do but the only thought in his head at the time was Thalions lips on his.

Everything told him to draw back, this was wrong on so many levels. Your enemy let alone the General of the very army that your fighting to destroy and your here.. kissing him none the less. What the hell was he thinking. Though at the moment he wasn't sure what he was thinking his mind was all over the place, but he never pulled away.

He wasn't even rejecting this at all, though he wanted to .. his mind and body both were starting to go against him and he remained there. Even with Mizuki's hand back where it was before. His heart was pounding in his head why.. why was he feeling this way let alone towards this.. man. Someone he should have killed when he first laid eyes on him, someone who had nearly pushed him tot he limit a few mere days ago.

He pulled back from the kiss though it was only for a moment to regain his breath a little before he moved a little pressing Mizuki's back against the wall and kissing him again, this time a little rougher. He also moved one of his hands to Mizuki's shoulder to keep him against the wall. He wasn't sure why he was doing any of this or why he felt like he wanted to continue even.

Mizuki went along with everything. The feel of the other mans lips to his was something that was so simple and yet so very right. What was he to do? He was shocked at himself to find that when the other pulled away he gave a little whine of protest that creeped up the back of his throat. Then Mizuki felt a strong hand brace his shoulder and he was pushed back into the wall.

Thalion leaned back down and kissed him again. Rougher and harder then last time. Mizuki went with it thinking this was meerly away for the male infront of him to get rid of some of his anger and frustration. Mizuki played along with his sitting straighter for easyer access.

His heart was still pounding in his chest he could feel it, he couldn't even control his breathing. His mind kept falling back to what was he doing. He should be doing this period, let alone with the General of the opposing army! It wasn't even any of that. What bothered him the most was that he was enjoying it. Though from the looks of it seeing as Mizuki wasn't fighting, and the only protest was the slight noise he had made when he pulled back a little, he must be feeling the same way? No that's not possible.

He needed to stop this, he was feeling like he was losing his mind the longer it went on. His body was growing hot, hell to admit it this was exciting to him. But at the same time.. pulling away meant he'd lose this feeling. He didn't want to lose it either. He pulled away from kissing Mizuki before he rested his head against the wall still keeping his hand on his shoulder refusing to let the other move too far.

He was trying to sort his thoughts as he rested his head against the wall. His breathing was heavy and he kept his eyes closed. What was he doing? He kept questioning himself but everything felt so damn right...

Mizuki kissed Thalion with alot of passion. He didnt want the moment to stop but he knew it soon would. With each passing second his body had risen to an entence temperature. He was about to pull away to slow things down a little when Thalion beet him to it. Pulling away and placing his his forehead on the wall his breathing labored. It would seem that the male beside him liked it just as much as Mizuki had.

Mizuki shifted a little. Sliding his hand that was in Thalions hair down untangling the fingers from the dark red uneaven locks. He figured the moment was over. Almost sadly he dropped his hand into his lap. If there was anytime he wished his hair not to be braided it was then. To hide his face from the scorn he was sure that was to come.

But wait...didnt Thalion come back and kiss him? So what did this mean...did they have feelings for each other? Mizuki almost wanted to laugh. How could anything or anyone love him? He was a soulless killing thing as so many had called him. Thinking of this made Mizuki sad and he closed his eyes handing his head. Well he tried but it just ended with his forehead falling forward to rest on Thalions shoulder.

He was trying to figure out what he was even doing. He had planned to come back prove himself wrong on everything and punch the day lights out of Mizuki. But that wasn't the case why the hell did he like it?! His mind was still all over the place, he hadn't solved anything. The plan had even back fired on him making matters worse.

After he recovered a little of his thoughts he opened his eyes and pushed away from the wall before standing and glaring at Mizuki. "you breath a word I'll reward you with the most painful death you can imagine." He hissed out his words before seemingly storming back to the wash room to retrieve his pants. Though he wasn't even sure what the heck he was mad at...

After he was at least half dressed he walked back out, though his temper seemed to die down a little in the process. He sighed a little seeing as Mizuki was still just sitting there. Why.. what had prevented him from killing this bastard.. taking his last breath he had it in his hands why didn't he just finish it.

He'd think more about it later he wanted to really avoid the man at this point, but he was stuck with him for the time being. Returning him to his army was out of the question... not with this places location, there were ways to force the wall to disappear..

"go get a bath, it'll help" He said it with no real purpose behind it, but he had a point he could tell the guy was tired still from today. With that being said he walked past him and towards the kitchen area, really he had gotten up so late he forgot all about breakfast this morning so they well.. if Mizuki had eaten only had one meal today. For a moment he seemed to think on what to even bother fixing, was what he fixed earlier not something Easterners eat? It seemed pretty basic or maybe that was it he was too damn stuck up to eat common meals. Whatever he finally told himself as he started working on preparing something else. If he didn't eat it wasn't his problem.

Mizuki sat there when Thalion stood and his gaze fallowed. "You breath a word of this and I'll reward you with the most painful death you can imagine" Thalion had said with a glare that alsmot sent a shiver down his spine. Mizukis head sank as he was left alot to his thoughts.

Then Thalions voice broke through his thoughts once more "Go get a bath, it'll help" Yes it would Mizuki thought but he didnt move right away. Waiting for Thalion to start what ever he was doing he stood stiffly and headed to the bath. Running the hot water Mizuki gave a painfull hiss as he removed his shirt bringing his arms above his head. "The gods truely hate me at this moment" Mizuki said to himself.

When Mizuki bent to take off his pants he grunted painfully muscles hurting that he never thought he even had. Climbing into the bath was another hard thing but soon he settled on the bottem of the tub. Untying his hair Mizuki leaned back into a pool of silver closing his eyes.
