From what I gather, you just keep them in your inventory. Galla can see which person owns the particular ticket being drawn, and if that person happens to be you, your ticket will self destruct but hooray you got a prize!

I've never done a raffle on here before, and on another site, you can only use 10 raffle tickets, and that's it... the rest do nothing; although, you have to trade in the tickets for them to do anything for you.
For me, there are three... I hope I win all three.

You don't send them anywhere, you just keep them in your inventory. Gallagher draws a ticket and can see who it belongs to.

Also, you can win up to two times. So while more tickets indeed increase your chance, no user will walk away with half the prizes, no matter how many tickets they bought.
