I don't exercise much, but I should do it more. I just don't like doing cardio very much because of my stupid asthma.

It doesn't have to be cardio, Nanka. Even something aerobic is better than nothing. But I'm afraid I'm not a good example as I can't actually exercise much ><

Snacking is a good thing. It's what I started doing when I was so skinny the doctors where threatening to feed me through a stomache tube. It helps if you aren't able to hold a lot of food in your stomache at once, and also keeps some fuel in your system to that your body doesn't start chewing on fat or muscle to feed itself.
