My grandma on my dad's side was an artist she can do basically ANYTHING, whether it's drawing, painting, needlework, carving, etc. Those old school things before she passed away from cancer when I was 8

It's usually the amazing artists that are put down because they're different. No matter how truly skilled they are the masses see something that is different and immediately shun it.

Exactly. That's why many of the people on my watch list on DA have talent and potential but are not very popular for reasons unknown.
