Fin was silent for another half a minute before looking up, done with his book. "I'm coming," he sighed.
"I can get you on the same Juttle as Frei if you want," Bren offered.
Fin paused before shrugging as he got up and started heading for the Juttles.
Bren followed behind him.
So when Fin got to the Juttles, he went to see which ones still had room.
One of the only rooms left was with Nic, Laurel and a few staff members.
So Fin sighed and said goodbye to Bren. "... Thanks... for being my friend," he told her a little sheepishly.
"Why are you saying goodbye?" Bren asked, "I'm a backup dancer on the tour," she chuckled.
Fin blinked at Bren. "... Really?" he asked.
Bren nodded, "I'm not as good as a lot of the other girls but I'm learning," she explained, a little embarrassed that Fin was so shocked.
Fin paused before suddenly going up to Bren and hugging her. His friend was coming with him.
Bren blinked before smiling and hugging him back lightly, "You really thought I'd leave you to these Wolves?" she teased.
Fin didn't say anything, holding her for a second or two before letting go with a smile.
Bren grinned at his smile, "Well then, I do have to run," she admitted, "I'm on a different Juttle than you but I'll see you when we land," she promised before turning to leave.
"See you," Fin told Bren, waving back. Then he got on the Juttle and took the last seat.
Laurel flushed a little as she saw Fin but managed a smile for him, "Hey, Fin," she greeted.
Fin nodded, but didn't look at Laurel or Nic as he started a new book.
"... They left," Rosen noted absently.
Long didn't reply.
"I thought of way to get us out of here," Rosen muttered.
Still, Long didn't say anything.
"If i die, they'll assume you killed me... then they'll have to either kill you or send you back without memories of this," Rosen explained in a blank voice.
Still nothing from Long.
"It's very easy to die," Rosen stated in the same tone.
Still nothing.
Rosen slowly rolled over. It took him awhile, but he managed to sit up without using his hands. Then he stood just as slowly and made his way over to the cupboards. He bit the handle and opened the cupboard before looking around through it. He appeared to be serious.
Long didn't stop him, still staring at the ceiling.
Rosen looked around before grabbing a bottle of pills with his teeth. Then he walked slowly over to Long and spit it at Long's head, "Open it," he stated in a cold voice.
Long didn't catch the bottle, letting it hit him and bounce onto the floor. He didn't seem to have even noticed.
Rosen paused, glaring at Long before suddenly slamming him with his head.
Long's jolted a little, reacting naturally. He paused, eyes still blank as he raised a hand and put it to his nose. Then he drew it back, looking at the blood on his finger tips.
Rosen was kneeling on the ground and managed to pick up the bottle with his teeth. He then slowly stood back up and spit it at Long again, "Open it," he stated in a dead voice.
Again, Long didn't catch the bottle. He was still looking at his fingers.
Rosen bashed him in the nose again.
Long didn't retaliate, putting his hand to his side and letting the blood trickle down his face.
"Open the bottle!" Rosen suddenly shouted at him, face close to him.
Long's expression didn't change, but he almost seemed to relax a little as Rosen's voice echoed in his ears.
Rosen stared at Long for a while before cussing loudly, "This is all your fault! And you won't remember any of it in the end you huge boulder!" he swore at him.
Still nothing.
Rosen grew angrier by the second, "So what? You're just going to meditate in that stupid, private little world you little prat!" he shouted, forgetting about his hands in his fury and punching Long. Instantly cried out loudly and half collapsed on top of Long, hands shaking badly. He couldn't find the air to cuss as he started to sob from the pain.
