Well it's your health, i usually mostly just keep frozen chicken fillets at home stuff them with herbs and usually nothing can go wrong.

lacking in nutrition XD it's starved of a lot of the good things you'd expect(at least unless you are raising your own birds) and need to be healthy


eh, fried foods have their place, use oil that is not chemical laden/rendered, keep the oil hot so it does not soak too much(and do drain), don't use mixes for the batter(most contain chemicals as well as sugars and preservatives) and most importantly stay away from premade stuff!

Cho i live in Sweden our regulations for poultry are way better than most countries. Besides you always have more than just the meat in a meal.
