"Ok, Alexander." Alicia said with a smile. "Also I'm sorry about that, Holden can be... Weird." She said as she got to the garage. "Ah I just love that he has nice cars." She said as she got into the Ferrari. "This was the first car he bought when he was here." She said with a smile.
"Well." Holden said with a sigh. "Your bed and stuff should be here later today." He said with a smile. "Ohhhh Solomon." He said as he went to the couch. "Jason you can watch what ever you want." He said as he handed the remote to Jason. "Did you get some blood Alicia?" Holden asked as he headed upstairs. "I'll be right back Jason." Holden said. "Ok daddy." Jason said looking at the TV. "Yes I did now leave me alone." Alicia said as she pushed Holden's link from her brain. |
"Yes darling~" He snickered, taking that tone that suggested he was 'the woman of the house'.
Alexander nodded a bit, "I can..see that..and it's alright..we all have some weird quality. Don't you have something..more..practical?" He asked as she got close to the Ferrari, not really comfortable sitting in one. He frowned slightly, surly that thing was a screaming metal death trap. |
"Well that wasn't very nice, I was gonna offer you a little afternoon delight but I guess you don't want some." Holden said as he entered his study.
Alicia got out of the Ferrari, "Well he has an Audi, a Lamborghini, a Corvette, a Mustang, an of course the BMW. But he needs the BMW, just in case. You choose, I know how to break into his key box there." She said pointing to the gray box on the wall. |
He frowned some more, he really didn't like any of those cars... He was more of a walker or scooter guy. If he had to choose, he'd have to go for the Mustang, the least expensive and flashy of them all. "The Mustang..I suppose...Not really a car guy." He shrugged, heading over to the Mustang and looking it over.
|
"Ok." Alicia said as she punched the key box. The door flew open as the lock broke. She grabbed the spare Mustang key, "Told you I know how to break into the key box." She said with a smile. She headed to the Mustang, "He has had this car forever, since he was 16." She said as she got in the car.
Holden hummed as he unlocked the paddle lock on the fridge. He grabbed a few bottles and sat down at his desk. He turned on his laptop to check his e-mail. Holden sighed as he opened a bottle of blood. |
Alexander blinked a bit as she punched the box, "D-doesn't your hand hurt?" He watched her with a slightly concerned look, but seeing as she was not bent over in pain, she must be okay. Right? He shrugged, getting into the car with her. He quickly threw on his seat belt, having the feeling that she was a bit of a..wild card when it came to driving. "Just..don't..kill me. Okay?"
|
"I never had much feeling in my hand, so it doesn't hurt." Alicia said with a smile. "I'm actually not that fast of a driver, so I wont kill you." She said with a wink. "God, he is just too cute." She thought to herself.
"Wow 2,000 e-mails. I need to check my e-mail more often." Holden said as he opened the second bottle of blood. |
He nodded, "Oh I see...well that's a bit more comforting..I mean, you just seem like you'd be one of those people. I-I mean, not that that's a bad thing or anything like that." He sighed, running his hand through his hair nervously, "So...umm..I don't want you to think this is..r-rude o-or anything..but..I was curious as to..how old you are?" He winced, preparing to be slapped. He knew it was never a good thing to ask a woman her age, but he was curious.
|
"Holden and Solomon are the one's that drive really fast." Alicia said. "Oh sweety, don't worry I don't mind if someone asks my age. I'm twenty, I turn twenty-one in three months." She said with a smile. "A lot of my friends in America called me a vampire because I never looked like I aged." She said as she started the car. "I wanna say you are eighteen?" She said as she drove out of the garage.
|
"Oh, well, you don't look much older than 18, yourself." He smiled slightly, tilting he head, "Vampire? Odd...you're too..bright..to be a vampire, that is." He looked away a bit as she asked him, "Ah, I wish..I just turned 17..26 days ago, actually. It's a pain, really...I have my diploma, yet I can't do anything until I turn 18." He sighed a bit, "It's going to be a long year off, but I guess I could try to be productive and work on my photography..."
|
"Is he saying that vampires are stupid?" Alicia asked herself. "It was better then some of my nicknames." She said with a shudder. "Being friends with the only open gay guy in our school wasn't very easy." She said with a sigh. "Happy late birthday, I need to get you a gift. Wait I have a better idea." She said as she pulled the car over. She planted a quick kiss on his cheek. "Photography is really cool, I can tell you are very talented." She said with a smile as she merged back into traffic. "One thing, if you ever tell Holden you are into photography, he will talk your ear off. He is a painter himself." Alicia said.
"Well all of my e-mails are read, so what do I do now?" Holden asked himself, wishing Solomon was there. He closed his eyes and pictured Solomon all sweaty taking care of the horses. |
He laughed a bit, "I'm sure it was a lot easier than being the only 16 year-old senior. Oh no, you don't have to get me anything...I'm perfectly content with people not caring about when my birthday is or was." He shrugged, "Holden is an artist? Well, him and I might have a lot to talk about." He jumped as Alicia placed a kiss on his cheek; instantly turning a bright red. He quickly looked out the window, hiding his face, "Y-you di-didn't have to..d-do that.." He rather liked it though...
Solomon sighed as he fell back onto the grass on his back. He wasn't really worn out, he was just..well..maybe he was a bit. Not like a human would be of course, just mildly tired. He closed his eyes as the clouds rolled over the sky, Going to rain tomorrow.... He opened his eyes, feeling a velvety nose brush against his cheek where Hayden had torn the skin off, "Hey there boy." The young thoroughbred snorted, bobbing his head up and down. Solomon laughed a bit as the horse's ears went back, "Ah, don't worry about it Riri. Hayden didn't mean it...You know, if all goes well with your therapy, she may even be able to ride you. She's very well behaved on a horse." He reached out and began to pet his nose as the horse kept it near him, "I should get back to Holden..we're over due for our shower..." Rilov snorted shaking his head around. Solomon laughed a bit as he sat up, pushing Rilov's head away a bit, "Oh get over it, I'm going to be sleeping here tonight and I will be out here all day with you guys tomorrow, if it doesn't rain. We will work on your knees and then Ill take the other three on a long ride. Perhaps you could come half way with us on the arena trail." He stood up and brushed off, teleporting to Holden's room. "Hey there sexy~" |
"Holden is a sweetheart, he didn't deserve all of the abuse he got." Alicia said with a sigh. "Ya, he paints, and draws. He is quite talented." She said with a smile. "Aww he's so cute when he get's nervous." She thought to herself. "I can tell by your face that you liked it." She said with a giggle. "There can always be more." Alicia said with a wink.
Holden stood up and went to his room, he laid down on his bed. He put his arm over his eyes. "Hey love, I don't know what to do with my free time. I'm not used to this." He said as he heard Solomon. He didn't move his arm off of his eyes. "How are the horses?" Holden asked as he moved his arm off of one eye so he could see Solomon. "Oh he's sweaty." Holden thought to himself as he licked his lips and tried not to just jump Solomon. |
Alexander blinked, "I-..well..you are rather pretty; and it's not everyday a geek like myself gets a peck from a pretty girl like yourself." Foot. In. Mouth.
Solomon smiled, "They're fine, and I know something we can doooo~" He came over, climbing on the bed and hovering over Holden. He grinned, kissing Holden's cheek, "I could use a shower, you know." |
"Alexander your not a geek. You are just a highly educated man, which I find quite sexy." Alicia said as she pulled into a parking spot.
"You make it so hard to resit you, when you come in here and look oh sooo sweaty." Holden said as he eyed Solomon up and down with his eye. "And you know we have yet to try out my new bed." He said with a smile. "Don't look at me like that. You are so mean." He said as he sat up and gave Solomon a kiss on the lips. "Let's get you cleaned up." Holden said looking over to the bathroom. |
Solomon grinned, "Well, we could just skip the shower and get right to the fun stuff~" He pulled Holden's arm away form his face, pinning both of them to the bed with a devious grin, "To think, we'd have no time for all this if you were just a human.." He then began to kiss Holden furiously.
Alexander shrugged a bit, "It doesn't bother me that people call me a geek or nerd or whatever their infantile minds can think up." He turned sharply, looking at her with a sort of..'wth/omg' thing going on, "W-what?" |
"You are just plain evil." Holden said as his hands were pinned to the bed. He moaned when Solomon started to ferociously kiss his neck. He looked to the door and gently closed it with TK. "Oh so baddd." He said arching up with a moan of pleasure. "Look...in...the...top...drawer...I got you some handcuffs." Holden said in oh so much pleasure.
"I find brains quite attractive. I'm a smart woman after all." Alicia said with a smile. "And you are really cute as well." She said with a wink. |
Alexander's face was frozen as he stared at her, "W-wha.." Wasn't this just going a little too fast? Hell, they haven't even had coffee yet! Suddenly he jumped pointing at a small cafe, "T-there! You're going to pass it!"
Solomon froze, "Say what?" He had a completely flat expression on his face as he stared at Holden, "Do-don't you be liyin' to me Holden..you know how I feel about that." He quickly skittered over to the draw, cautiously opening it and gingerly pulling out the cuff, "Oh..em..gee." He turned around, a peculiar expression on his face. There were almost literally stars in his eyes as he thought. |
"I'm not lying to you Solomon." Holden said with a sad expression as Solomon got off of him. "I told you I was gonna get you handcuffs. I also got you a um whip." He said looking at his dresser. "In the um top drawer." He said a little embarrassed. "I love it a little rough sometimes." Holden said in a mumble. "There is a gag in there too." Holden thought to himself even more embarrassed.
Alicia slowed down, "Sorry, I just haven't been on a date in awhile." She said as she pulled into a spot. "I'm just a little nervous, and I just blurt somethings out." Alicia said with a embarrassed look on her face. |
Alexander laughed slightly, running his hand through his hair, "It's quite alright really...I know what you mean..." He got out of the car, taking a deep breath. He kind of wished she had kissed him on the lips, but of course, she was driving so that was not an option at the time. He led her over to an empty table outside, "What do you want? I'll go get it while the line's down."
Solomon shrugged a bit, "Moooddd kiiilleeerrr~ That's all unnecessary around me." He winked as he came over, "Besides, right now, we don't have time for foreplay." He grinned again, quickly tackling Holden and pinning him, "Any more surprises?" |
"Sorry." Holden said with a frown. "I wish we did." He said as Solomon jumped on him. "I wanna say yes, but no." He said. "Now take me. These pants aren't getting any looser." He said in a raspy seductive tone.
Alicia smiled as she followed him to a table. "Umm a small coffee black with two sugars." She said as she sat down. She mentally slapped herself, "What are you gonna do next Alicia tell him that you are a vampire?" Alicia asked herself. |
Alexander nodded, hurrying off to order the coffee. He preferred cappuccino himself, over coffee at least. He placed their orders then waited near the counter while they prepared them. After a few minutes he grabbed the cups and headed back, handing Alicia her coffee. He sat down, letting his cool for awhile, "Not too many people drink coffee black...my dad did..it was disgusting.."
|
"Thank you, I sometimes add cream to it. My mom and dad drank it with so much sugar in it. When ever I wanted coffee there was no sugar." Alicia said as she took a sip. "Holden drinks tea and cappuccino, Solomon drinks it pure black." She said with a shudder. "Are you gonna go to school for photography?" Alicia asked as she took another sip.
|
Alexander chuckled slightly, "Solomon would probably get along with my dad in that matter then. How can he stand it?" He took a sip of the cappuccino, "You Americans and your coffee habits..it's so strange. I almost never see anyone use more than a cube of sugar and a teaspoon of creamer..usually.." He shrugged, taking another short sip, "So, you keep talking about what Holden and Solomon like; but I could really care less. What does Alicia like?" He pushed his glasses up a bit, watching her curiously with his brown eyes.
|
"I really don't know, how he can." Alicia said with a chuckle. "Some people put really weird things in their coffee in the U.S." She said with a smile. "Sorry, I just haven't gotten out much since we moved here. Been busy helping Holden." She said with a sigh. "I actually love literature, you know poetry, writing stories. I've been writing stuff since I was ten." She said taking a sip of her coffee. "I was thinking of going to school for it, but since my parent's wrote me out of their will before they died. I only have a few million dollars left in my bank account." She said almost spitting out her coffee, she didn't mean to say that. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to seem like I only cared about the money I would inherit when my parents died. I... just..." Alicia said taking a long drink of her coffee so she wouldn't say anymore.
|
He shrugged, "Ew, literature...personally I dislike it, but if you really like it, you should pursue it. You're probably really good at it." He smiled slightly, shaking off the money comment, "It's no big deal really. With today's economy, you can't help but pray you get all the money you can, while you can. Totally understandable." He took a sip of his cappuccino again, "Do you have any other hobbies?"
|
"If they wouldn't of gotten in huff because Holden knew about va...." Alicia trailed off. "Shit." She said to herself. "Because Holden is gay." She said taking another sip of coffee. As she got even more nervous, "Should I wipe that or not?" She asked herself quickly snapping her attention back to Alexander. "Other then having a knack for history no. Sorry I must seem really boring. Most guy's in high school really only dated me bacause of my money." Alicia said looking down.
|
Alexander shook his head, "Oh, not at all. I find it refreshing to find someone as intelligent as myself." He smiled, unsure of what she was going to say. Strange... He watched her actions closely; knowing she was hiding something, but he would not pester. It was probably not his place anyway. He finished off his cappuccino with a sigh, "I do like history myself, but most of it is found in old texts, which bore me so...having read them about 5 times..."
He shrugged a bit, "I don't mean to flaunt my intelligence, but I could've graduated two years ago, but the damn city wouldn't let me. So I have to take extra courses and I decided 'Hell, why not learn some history and art and the likes'...bad idea that was. I only have a talent with photography..." |
"No offense but I really only like intellectual people. Holden has a knack for languages, and Solomon pfft he has a knack for everything." Alicia said with a smile as she finished her coffee. "I used to play this game a lot with Holden, ask me any question about history." She said as her eyes lit up.
"It's ok, if it makes you feel better I graduated second in my senior class. Holden beat me by a few points." She said crossing her arms in a slight huff. "I'm sure you have other talents, that you just haven't discovered yet." Alicia said with a smile. |
Alexander shrugged, "Who knows? Either way, I'm rather content with photography. It's quite...intriguing." He sat back in the chair, closing his eyes as he moved his glasses with one hand, and pinched the bridge of his nose with the other, "Stupid spares..I have to get the prescription updated...uugghh..they give me such a headache. You wouldn't happen to have Ibuprofen would you?" He readjusted his glasses after opening his eyes, "You have a..certain tone about you when you speak of Solomon..you seem..a bit..jealous of him? What's so special about him? Ah! I-if I c-can ask..."
|
"All forms of art are intriguing. But it helps if your eidetic." Alicia said leaning back in her chair as well. "Sorry hun, at home I do." She said tensing up a bit when he asked about Solomon. "It isn't that he is dating Holden. It's just that he is so damn smart, no offense to you, but his IQ would put me, you, and Holden to shame." She said hoping Solomon or Holden wasn't listening to her. "Then again he does have 553 years on us." Alicia thought to herself.
|
Alexander laughed a bit, "I'd love to meet him sometime then! Anyone who can give me a challenge is okay in my book! Is Solomon from America as well? It'd be nice that the U.S. had something going for itself..I mean, no offense..." He toyed with the cup a bit, tilting it on it's sides and twisting it here and there.
|
"No he is from England originally. None taken, I'm finding that normal American's are dumb as fuck." Alicia said covering her mouth. "Sorry, but Holden's cursing is rubbing off on me." She said with a slight smile. "If you would like to meet Solomon, I'm sure he is at Holden's, or my, or our house. I haven't figured if I can call it my house since I don't own it, Holden does." She said with a small sigh. "I would like to apologize that I always bring up Solomon and Holden, I usually compare the men I date to them. It's a bad habit I know, and it is also because that if the person hurts me he will have them to deal with." Alicia said rubbing her hands through her hair. "Even though I can take care of myself."
|
Alexander waved his hand in the air, brushing off the matter, "Don't worry about it Alicia, just relax, alright? I'm not going to bite or anything." He blinked, a but surprised at himself. "Ah-..well..yeah..I would love to meet him, but perhaps not today, I haven't gotten any pictures taken yet and I like to do at least 3 a day...Even though it's not that late...but mid-day is best for me." He stood, going to throw away the empty cup before coming back and sitting down.
Solomon held Holden close, if he needed to breathe, he'd be almost completely out of breath. He kissed Holden on the neck gently, "I'm going to shower-actually shower-and then we'll have to get the girls soon..or you, or me, doesn't matter. Ah! By the way, you ever going to plan on moving in or is it going to be a back and forth sort of thing? Either way bothers me none." He made no move to get up quite yet though. "You're not helping my already inflated ego Alicia, you know that right?" |
Alicia smiled evilly when Alexander said bite, "Maybe you can come over for dinner, and meet everyone." She said watching him walk. "And maybe one day you can photograph me." She said biting her lip. "I'm sorry old man." Alicia said to Solomon in a joking manner.
"Aww your mean." Holden said with a smile. "We can both go and get them. I think since Amanda is already settled and Jason is getting settled that we will just stay here. Plus I also like the fact that I am on my own, and that if I ever want to get away from the kids I have your place to go to." He said as he rubbed his finger on Solomon's jawline. "How about you and Hayden stay for dinner, and after we can watch a movie. Maybe we can have a few glasses of wine, ah I totally forgot to ask this question, can we get drunk being vampires?" Holden asked before he gave Solomon a kiss on the lips. |
"Don't tempt me Alicia..you know I can break your block and have at Holden with ease..." He grinned as he stood, "We can stay for dinner, but tonight I have to start working with her and her damn craze..the sooner we can work that out, the better for everyone." He disappeared, appearing in his home and grabbing a fresh set of clothes. He quickly showered, dressed, then appeared back in Holden's room. He smoothed his black vest as he watched Holden, "As for getting drunk...I haven't been able to obtain it yet..soo..." he trailed off with a shrug.
Alexander tensed, shaking his head ever so slightly, "I-I couldn't possibly impose like that...b-besides, I don't think I'm ready to handle the craziness of your..friends.." He chuckled slightly, running his hand through his hair. |
"Ok Solomon." Holden said with a smile. When Solomon disappeared he got dressed, he put on his leather pants, and a white tee shirt. He sat down on the bed while waiting for Solomon. "Well that's a bummer." He said with a slight laugh. "It's ok, I already drunk with love." Holden said with a wink.
"You two are sooo creepy." Alicia said to Solomon. "It wouldn't be an imposition, Holden would love to get some fresh reviews on his food. Also they aren't crazy they are just eccentric." She said with a little laugh. "Join us for dinner, please." Alicia said biting her lip. |
"You know it hun" Solomon smiled, "I can make you plastered in just a few minutes." He chuckled a bit, and turned around, "We should go get the girls, I think they're going to be getting out of class soon."
Alexander continued to shake his head, "R-really, I wouldn't want to cause any trouble....b-but if you..insist..." |
"It's more then a few minutes." Holden said with a big smile. "Yup, aww Jason is asleep." He said as he felt for Jason. He stood up, and teleported to the living room. He grabbed the remote and turned the TV off, "Jason wake up buddy, its time to go and get the girls." He said gently shaking the boy.
"Ok daddy." Jason said as he slowly sat up. He rubbed his eyes, and looked at Holden. "Here we go." Holden said as he gently picked up Jason. He grabbed his keys from his jacket and went out to the car. He put Jason in the back seat, and got in the car. "It wouldn't be any trouble. Trust me." Alicia said with a smile. "I should probably get home so I can help the girls with their homework. Do you want a ride home, and would you like me to pick you up?" She asked brushing her hair out of her face. "Holden is it ok if I bring Alexander to dinner?" Alicia asked. "Sure." Holden said as he started the car. |
Alexander shook his head, "I'll walk..I might find something to take a snap of. It was nice having coffee with you." He stood up, waiting for Alicia to do so as well. "Here's my address," he said as he handed her a piece of paper after writing down his address. "Just call before you come, I might not be home..it depends."
Solomon followed Holden down the stairs, frowning slightly at Holden and Jason, "I'm still not comfortable with him...there's something about him...other than his heritage." He quickly put on a small smile, following them out to the car and getting int he front passenger seat. |
