The face doesn't seem to match, maybe it's too framed by the hair... And you could put thights under the boots, so there is no bare flesh, I dunno. Except for the hair, I do like it, really. Try loli hair with the ribbons, instead of those rave things, maybe?

The hair has been giving me issues. We have Loli hair? Hmm

I think it would be nice it she had more layering in the skirt area.

I usually enter "basic' in search bar, and then I don't have to check trough so many pages of items, I can see basic version of all items in shop and then decide on what I might want, in any color (and then look it up).

Maybe the V skirt underneath these puffy ones? (hhmm, loli hair doesn't have "basic" version, in the name, so just look up loli hair xD)

I came back to ask on the hair cause I put basic with it and it threw a fit but you had already answered that question before I asked it. It needs another layer of skirt. Looks better though

I would help but I don't have any experience with skirt layering.

The face is still bugging me, lol, the mouth and eyes seem too large for the little space left in face, but i know, thematically, they fit the best. xD
