"Ling," Long replied. Their parents were either very creative or not so much. It was difficult to tell.
|
"Ling? What is she, your twin or something?" Rosen asked with a smirk.
|
Long nodded.
-- As the night went on, Wolfe found one or two vanilla candies at a few of his various planned destinations. |
"Wait really?" Rosen asked eagerly, "You have a twin?!"
-- Wolfe kept adding them to the candy box Raven had given him. |
Long paused. Hadn't he just confirmed that? But he nodded once more.
|
Rosen sat up, "I've always wanted a twin but Snow claims the earth couldn't have handled two of me," he laughed, "Wait, so are you two close?"
|
Long paused awhile before nodding.
|
Rosen blinked, "Oh, so you must miss her," he noted.
|
Long didn't reply. But that was probably why he had been looking a little lonely.
|
Rosen sighed a little as he patted Long's knee through the sheets, "Well I don't have a sister so I don't really know what you're going through. I haven't had parents either. Or any related family at all really," and once again Rosen had turned the conversation back to himself, "Though it's speculated at the same egg that was used as my base was also used for Tulip's which would make us half siblings, sorta, but that's too ridiculous. I'm much too pretty to be half anything with that runt."
-- Wolfe half expected there to be a line of vanilla candies leading right to Raven's door. |
Long chose not to comment.
-- There wasn't. But there was one more candy sitting outside Wolfe's door. |
Rosen chatted about himself for awhile before looking at Long, "So, does it still hurt?" he asked.
-- Wolfe sighed a little, this whole thing was a little juvenile... but he opened the door anyway. |
Long was silent for awhile before replying, "There is still some pain."
-- Raven was sitting in an armchair off to the side. He was topless with a pair of low-rise, tight pants on with a decent sized heart shaped box of chocolates strategically placed in his lap. He didn't say anything as Wolfe walked in. |
"That's lame," Rosen replied, "Want some more pain meds?"
-- "How long have you been sitting there like that?" was Wolfe's first question. |
Long shook his head.
-- Raven blinked. "... Not too long," he replied, a little disappointed in the reaction he got out of Wolfe. |
"You sure?" Rosen asked, "I hate pain. It's like... the worst thing ever."
-- "What if Rosen walked in before me?" he asked. Clearly he instantly found the holes in Raven's romantic plan. |
"I have a high tolerance for pain," Long explained blankly.
-- "... First I'd have a few questions I'd need to ask you," Raven replied as he stood. "But you arrived right on time like you always do." |
Rosen blinked, "So if it hurts you a little, then you're actually in a lot of pain. You should let me give you more meds," Rosen decided as he moved to stand.
-- "That filled with vanilla candies as well?" Wolfe asked, pointing at the heart box. |
Long blinked, not understanding why Rosen was hung up on this. "I'm fine," he reassured Rosen.
-- Raven opened it up. There were a few more vanilla candies, but there were also some different flavors in there too. It looked like he had assumed Wolfe wouldn't be interested in eating all of them. |
"No really, I'd be much more comfortable if you weren't in pain," Rosen stated as he got up and looked for some meds.
-- Wolfe looked at the candies before shrugging and stripping off his shirt. It didn't look like Wolfe needed any candies or conveniently placed boxes to seduce him. |
Long sighed, leaning back and waiting as he trusted Rosen to give him the right meds.
-- Raven put down the box of candy. "... So if candy doesn't do it, then what turns you on?" he teased. |
Rosen fished around before pulling out a few vials and plugging them into Long's IV. He thought they were some sort of pain med but really, he wasn't a doctor.
-- Wolfe stared at him as if he was being unusually stupid, "Vegetables," he stated seriously before walking over to Raven. |
Long closed his eyes for a few minutes as he started adjusting. But then he blinked his eyes open. "... Wha-t'cha gib me?" he asked.
-- Raven blinked. "... Really?" he asked, not sure if he believed Wolfe. |
Rosen blinked, "That didn't work? Oh, sorry," and plugged in a different one.
-- "Mmhmm," Wolfe replied as he went over to Raven and suddenly pants-d him, "Especially carrots." |
"Sto-pit," Long told Rosen waving his arm a little, but then a smile slowly grew on his face and he started to chuckle for no apparent reason.
-- "... Well, everyone has their own thing I guess," Raven replied, blushing a little. "No matter how strange." |
"Closer..." Rosen mused, plugging in a third vial.
-- Wolfe looked up at Raven and chuckled a little. |
Long started laughing harder until he finally managed to stop and wipe some tears away. "I 'tink I'm like... really high," Long noted before chuckling some more. "Why'd 'cha do dat?" he snorted.
-- "... So, carrots it is. Next time," Raven replied quietly before reaching out for Wolfe. |
"Are you in pain?" Rosen questioned, another vial ready.
|
"... I furgot," Long slurred.
|
"Yay!" Rosen cheered, "It worked!" He took a seat next to Long again.
|
"Huh?" Long asked, rolling his head toward Rosen.
|
"You're not in pain so I'm happy," Rosen stated, laying down beside Long.
|
As Rosen laid down, Long blushed slightly.
|
Rosen blinked, wondering if it was the meds- nah, who was he kidding? It was obviously him. I mean, he was drop dead gorgeous after all. "Do you think I'm hot?" he asked Long as he turned on his side to face him.
|
"Yur warm..." Long answered.
|
Rosen sighed a little, "You're a little cold," he noted as he wrapped an arm around Long.
|
Long was quiet for a moment before asking, "Ar you gunna hurt me?"
|
Rosen blinked, "Didn't I just say I hate pain?" he replied, a little irked.
|
"You 'ate feeling pain," Long elaborated, "but o'ters in pain ish di'berent."
|
"No," Rosen disagreed, "It's not."
