Yea.. that's the problem, I do hear everything.. But smells and light are also triggers that wake me up.

That's sucks, that made you to be a light sleeper. Is there any time that's quiet for while so that you able to take a chance to take a nap at least?

Unfortunately there's no such thing as a quiet place or a quiet time. Because I live near the naval base. So when they do drills out at the wharf i can hear it. And I live with a bunch of noisy people. They don't pay attention to the amount of noise they make.
