I'm trying to cut down on my sugar intake cause I'm starting to break out across my chest and a little on my chin. >3<

Yeah... I love sugar, but I've been trying to cut down because Diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to end up getting it.
Plus, I hate having acne. I haven't been eating as much as I used to and started using a clay mask at night and have noticed my face has become much clearer and I like having clear skin. >3<

that reminds me that when I ocassionally drink more pop (cause i usually don't drink pop) I tend to get more acne...

Yup, dunno why since some people say that pop doesn't give you acne. But i notice i get more acne when drinking it....hell my dad noticed too. He told me to stop drinking so much pop XD

Lauv: =3= I went through puberty at age 12. I'M SEVENTEEN NOW. The reason I get so much acne is because I eat a lot of sugar. Why do you think I'm trying to cut down on my sugar intake?

@Kitten: well actually, I normally tend to drink only water, milk, V8 (recently), and tropicana fruit juice. So it's not like i regularly or habitually drink pop. Though on occasion I'll get a craving for it.
