I did not look into any of the other roleplays there, but I am sure there are some which are interesting, but if no one is active then it would never work out. u-u

yeah you use it in icing when you want to stiffen the icing to decorate. I forget the actual word for it.

I have only heard of egg white being used in royal icing, despite the fact it tastes awful. I have never used it in butter cream.

It's as dead as Midorea if not more so.

XD it is alright, when I took my class you use like... a tablespoon in the icing and it makes it last when you want to decorate, though cream cheese icing is bad to decorate with. I make it work.

Extracts? They are pretty expensive, but if you see orange or lemons on sale at the store you can take some of the zest and put it in regular butter cream, or a little of the juice.

I made lemon once for class but it took a lot of sugar to balance out the lemon, and bwah I dislike zest it taste strange or maybe my dad did it wrong xD.

I do not usually make things with zest, but I could imagine that if you zested the sides too far that it would turn out badly. But Lemon does not need quite a bit of sugar.

My dad did the zesting, we dont have a zester so he used the slowest setting on the grader... it kinda tasted bad. I guess I used to much lemon, but my dad used the rest of it up in a pound cake.

Yeah though it is not as active as when I first joined. I used to be part of a hang out that would average 1000 post a day. It is still the second or 3rd most popular thread even though it is dead.

Hehe I do not do cakes that often, so when I do good old cream cheese is fine.

We had weird weather here just now. it rained for an hour, and literally before my eyes it changed from rain to snow and before the sun went down it was sunny. ;-;

it was hot and sunny two days ago, dropped 30 degrees then rained all of yesterday and now it is snowing XD i get the slow verson of honey's waether hahah
