The sad thing is, I really thought people would get better in ranked...they got worse "Okay, I can do anything besides jungle or support, really well in fact" "HURDURR I WANT KILL THING I BE ADC YOU BE SUPPERT" "Guys, I am terrible at support "PICK ORDER SCREW YOU HURRRRR" And then I always end up being the only person who will bite the bullet and play support. I used to love playing support, now I HATE it because in every single queue, besides one, so far in ranked or draft I have been FORCED to play support. If it happens again, I'm just going to start telling people they should have listened, grab Master Yi, and just start stealing kills.

I love jungle, but when I play ADC I feel like to much is riding on me so I don't play as well. Got to learn everything though, and they say the only real way to force your way through ranked is by not playing support. Play someone like Amumu that can carry a game they say.

I agree with hermes that is how it really goes... and its more like 10% u would win... not 80%

It's actually something I was watching, and it states 80% that you wont be on a bad team not that you will win. It says nothing about your chance of winning.

Sill bad teams/games happen very often

I think part of it is simply...role-choosing. Not a lot of people listen when you say "I need to be in this role" until higher elo

Yeah the guy I just sent you in a link he personally says as you climb the ladder people will realize okay he says he is best at this role, so I'll step up and take over the other role so he can have it because they know if they play their best role it increases overall team success.

I try to keep my team from raging when I play ranked. Usually I can either calm someone down, or if not, I mute them and tell others to do the same, and then the team starts playing better. It actually has a HUGE effect on whether you win, especially if you have a better team comp or some other advantage.

Again that's in his videos to lucid lol. They say one single negative man in the army can bring down the morale of the whole making it perform in a lesser manner. He also says if someone can take lead, and effectively direct people with 4 people that are actually willing to listen then they will almost always win.

This is also why Riot itself is putting up tips in game saying things like those who are not toxic to one another win 78% more often.

I love playing people in draft, and ranked because just me being on the team means they have to ban out of every single champion in the game. xD

Well, I think I will do Brand this season. I can play him Top or Mid, so yeah.

Ehh if you want a top/mid it would probably be better to go with Swain. He's a much stronger top than brand is. Akali is also a strong top as well as mid. or Kayle she able to top mid jungle support or even adc but not to well for that last one.

I play Kayle pretty well. If I had Akali, she would be who I would choose, but right now I am saving IP, I want Nami (only support I am great with)

Ehh Kayle is awesome, and Nami is ehh. I bought Koifish nami when it came out, and she's a cool champ but I feel like she has to much accidental ks adc potential.

Oh there is a lot of that, part of the issue is a LOT of Nami's I have seen do NOT know how to use Ebb and Flow correctly, and they end up missing a lot of crucial heals and stealing a lot of kills. another problem is her ult is essentially useless before like 30+ minutes in.

Nah her ult can net kills in the laning phase, but shows maximum use in the teamfights mid game. Just carried the hell out of a game as Yorick. 19 kills 8 deaths 23 assists. Ended up with a full build, and got my GA late should have got it sooner. Had Iceborn Gaunt, Muramana, Merc Treads, Warmogs, Frozen Mallet, and ended with Guardian Angel

Never played Yorick before, but I know how powerful he is. My champions of choice are usually the glass cannons like Brand, Orianna, and Twisted Fate. If I have a team that will work with me instead of against me, I can TF very well. The problem is, a lot of people expect full power out of mages and don't understand what a utility caster does. Orianna may not be able to dominate all other champions, but her ult can turn a teamfight the whole other way around. TF may not deal massive damage early game, but his W and ult can change a fight to his side pretty fast, but people often chase off the guy I'm trying to stun and it messes everything up. "Why didn't you stun him TF omg?" "Because you ran him off because you're a chasing noob =.="

Chasing is one of the biggest problems I'm seeing right now. A lot of people chase when they have no business doing so, and turn every single fight INTO a chase. Sometimes, it's okay to let them get away so you can CS and maybe take a tower.

I pretty much always chase as Yorick. One he's a god, and refuses to die especially if you get a GA which I should have got sooner. He also has a strong slow as well as speed boost letting him catch up easily. I was so pissed though. Carried the hell out of that game. Did not get a single honor except one from the opponent for honorable opponent.

People aren't using the honor system right, at all, it makes me sad.

Oh yeah, Yorick is one of the more powerful champions, after so long he just becomes an unstoppable force if you use him right. I've been mid-countered with him a few times @_@ He hates on TF pretty well, actually. Orianna is nice against him. He makes Brand his ho.
