The black wings came out of the Pandora's Box of Despair.
There is also a white version in the Pandora's Box of Hope.
The Halo's came from the Taskal's Halo from the yearly shop.

The Chibi was a freebie during a event. An the halo was 50 runes an by the guide that is about 7-10k which is easy to make by posting. Just have to find someone willing to sell to you or donate yourself. You can buy the Pandora set for 10-12k or buy just one for about 5.5k to 6k.
