I don't think I like V.C Andrews. Theres something about her writing that urks me.

Her writing tends to be in the deeper area of writing that most people refuse to acknowledge or choose not to write. Since it is about the struggles that most female go through in life. Its like the taboos of things that should be written since it crosses most lines. That may be why. I read it to find strength. But everyone is free to enjoy or dislike what they will.

Its not the content, I read all sorts of dark literature all the time. There are just some authors their writing style bothers me. Dean Koontz is another one.

Pre Catholic Anne Rice, Brom, Tad Williams, Sherrilyn Kenyon and Clive Barker. ALso love me some Micheal Chabon.

Content wise yes. Now she only writes about Jesus. Before she wrote about vampires and alot of erotic novels. I've only started reading Kenyon. I like her YA series.

Once a writer always a writer, its just her content has changed. My friend says they are good and I am willing to give them a try. XD Unfortunately I have a thing for slash and Jesus and Judas are already on my list.
