I have my Pretty England Cosplay on from Hetalia, wish they had the belt...sash...thing that he wears, just glad they have the busy eyebrows, I need the blouse and tie Dx so close....ummm i wish i could guess but not a big comic fan.

@Alex: Well, I tried cosplaying the Miku version of GlaDOS, which didn't turn out well. And Kylar Stern doesn't have a set outfit.

It does resemble her. It would probably be really hard to copy it exactly, since we don't have those kind of designs for outfits plus.. do we even have any chain like stuff for her dagger sheath?

I don't think so. That actually got me thinking, sheathes would be really cool to have. Don't think I've seen any on here.

What would also be good is plain black fingerless gloves. All we got in one of those free Pandora gloves but that has a blue gem in it...

Yeah, I notice a lot of people wearing the Padora's gloves. Never made the connection with not having any alternatives. Seems like that would be popular item, if they made one.
