I'm going to say the two eventually duke it out to the point both fall back exhausted and then Lost wins on a technicality due to tripping Ginger so she goes off a cliff. XD

This is a hard call. Both look kick-ass, but at the same time I think Ultima may have a slight edge (no pun intended *looks at blade*) over Ginger. Granted, fans can do some awesome damage if done right, but I think Ginger's headdress would slow her down.
