As ML does her shopping, DK stares at the items she's buying.

"Ne! Ne! ML! What would happen if I took the peanutbutter out of the mochi, then filled it up with jerkies? would that be tasties!?" A bit of drool appeared at the corner of DK's mouth.

"Um...not sure, but if that doesn't work would you like to try candied bacon in it? Candied bacon is...inserting in taste." She begins thinking of maybe doing a honey glaze on jerky sh tries making herself in order to go into the mochi, just so that it goes better.

"AHH!!!!" the little demon starts to bounce around in the cart. "ML ML ML!"

ML can't help but laugh a little at DK's antics, "What is it this time DK? Is something wrong?"

"Kyubei cookies! They have Kyubei cookies! Sparxies would DIE for those! She loves Kyubei!" tiny arms flail about excitedly.

Sighing, ML grabs a box up for Sparx, "Well, I'm treating you, its only fair I get her something too." She places the box in the cart, then continues on her way. After grabbing all the perishable products she checks out. Since she doesn't do shopping for more than a few days, the groceries weren't too much for her to carry...this time.

The small demon climbs back up onto ML's shoulder, "Home home home home!" she sings to herself.

"You know, for someone so small you have a TON of energy DK. I'm wondering how you store it all." Reaching the door she unlocks it, with a bit of difficulty, and shuffles into the kitchen with the bags. She sets them down on the table and begins to pull things out in order to put them away. ML sets DK's bag off to the side with the mochi and jerky for DK so that it doesn't get mixed up with the rest of the groceries.

Hopping off of ML's shoulder, DK runs to her bag. "DK stores it all in her cheeks like a hamham!" she starts to drag her bag off to the tables edge. "tiki tiki tiki!"

"Um...the bag will fall off the table if you keep pulling like that..."

"The bag must be dragged to the nest of the DK!" Little eyes glitter brightly.

"OH! Should we be smart butts and hide the Kyubei cookies in plain site?"

Shaking her head, ML grabs the bag with DK's stuff, places the cookies on the table, then walks to DK's room, placing the bag down on the floor near the controller to the PS4 DK has. "It's just easier if I take it in here for you."

The small demon dangled from the bag as ML carried it to her room. As soon as the bag (and demon) were sat on the floor, DK climbed into the bag and pulled out the beef jerky.

"Are you really not gonna hide the cookies? Like put them in a cupboard in the front.. like, in front of her cup or something!"

"Um...no? I have more fun trolling her in our tabletop games." ML has a wicked smile on her face as she goes back to putting the groceries away.

"You and your table tops!" DK shouted as she brought her PS4 back to life. "Time to kick machine butt again!"

An evil grin spreads across the tiny face as she starts pouncing on the buttons of the controller, pausing the game only to take a bite of her jerky.

Once she's finished putting everything away, ML heads into her room to play some video games. Chatting with some friends and streaming/recording the games she's playing is one of her favorite things to do...even if she doesn't talk much unless there's someone to talk to.

Hours pass quietly until a shriek comes from DK's room. Inside her room, a plastic bag is running around, the handles of it tangled around the small being.

"ML ML! MOMMY ML HALPS! SAVES THE DK! ITS GOT THE DK!"


(a bag got stuck to my foot.. it gave me this idea)

The stone wall moves in the alleyway, and Sparx emerges from the entrance. "I feel like I have been there for days. . . I feel terrible." She looks at the sky in dismay. "So damned bright. . . I think Imma feel sick. . ." She starts drudging home, holding her hands over her face to shield from the light.

Hearing a faint sound, ML takes off her headphones, then hears DK shrieking. Poking her head in DK's room she sees her running around with a bag on her. Shaking her head she picks up the bag, Dk and all, and gently pulls DK out of the bag and sets her down on the floor. "I think you had some electrostatic cling going on there for it to stick to you like that."

"It tried to eat the DK!" she flailed before clinging to ML. "Evil bag.. DK just wanted a mochi..."

after a bit more walking Sparx finally reaches home. She quietly opens the door and immediately flops onto the couch and internally shuts down.

Hearing a flopping sound ML looks behind her and can just barely make out SparX on the couch, possibly sleeping after a hard day of work. "Well, try not to be too loud, I think SparX just fell asleep. If you need me just send a message to me through discord on your phone. You still have it...right?" Looks around the room to see if she can see the smart phone anywhere.

"Phone?" the small being looks around. ".. DK lost it again.." she gives ML a small shy smile.

Hearing voices Sparx lifts her head just enough to see ml, and make out squeaks of DK. "I'm awake, just not alive!" She mumbles out. Sparx attempts to get up off the couch, but plopped down weirdly and just ends up falling off onto her tailbone, squishing her modesty wing. "OH GOD OW"

"SPARXY!" DK bounces over to the person on the couch. "Live your must! Dying is illegal!" she pouts out as she climbs up onto the back of the couch.

Leaving the DK to Sparx, ML takes her cell out of her pocket and dials DK's number in order to find the phone. The ringing would help locate it, so when she hears it ring she begins looking around the room for it.

"Sparxy Sparxy! Feed the DK! Dk is hungry!" The tiny face looked as innocent as possible.

SparX stares dully at the tiny DK. "My anus is bleeding, and I don't mean that lightly." Little tears start coming out the corner of her eyes "It hurts!"
Sparx struggles to get up, her wing bent out of shape. She tosses a orange from the table to the pocket demon. "Eat this, I'm going to run myself a bath. . ." She struggles down the hall to the bathroom, and going in closes the door and turns on the hot water, completely forgetting to lock or bar the door.

The little demon climbs and sits atop the orange and mumbles. "Even if the Kyubei cookies are on the table, Sparxy still doesn't sees them!" o3o

Finally ML finds the phone and sets it down by DK's controller, "Now don't loose it! Or else I'll never get you another phone DK. It's right next to your controller this time." She heads back into her room, yelling out to Sparx, "There's cookies for you on the table!"

"ML! You spoiled the surprise!" Dk flailed and flailed hard.

"I don't care if the surprise is spoiled, if I want to surprise someone it would be a huge thing, not just cookies." With that she closes the door to her room again, going back to playing warframe.

Little ears droop, "Dk wanted to surprise sparxy"

Sparx soaks in the bath, and hears ml yell at her. No idea what she said besides cookie tables. These bubbles were so relaxing though. . . .
Until things started getting really warm, and she noticed steam starting to lift near her feet.
She parted the bubbles to find her lil spark of flame sitting right ontop of the water, causing it to boil near her feet.
"Do you mind? I am trying to have a moment!"
She grabs him and shoves him on the nearby toilet lid instead "try not to burn that, Mother ml will have my hide if you do."

The small demon bounds off to her own room and starts to play one of her phone games. "This there, that there" she would mumble to herself.

After doing some Rift missions in her game, ML heads back out into the kitchen to begin making dinner. Though she's not to sure what to make besides chicken. She's always had a thing for chicken so she knows that's the meat she wants at least. Looking to see what's currently in the fridge and cabinets, she tries to get an idea of what to make.

"Uurgg!" cried out DK as she stomped into the kitchen, though her stamping feet barely made noise to the larger beings into the household. "I ran out of Stamina on PAD and SB69! I'M ALL OUT!"

Climbing up onto the table top she sits down on a place mat.

"These games take too much fun out of things with Stamina!" she ejaculated.

"They have stamina in the game so that people play in little bursts because its been proven that majority of the time a person will tire of a game and no longer have any fun with it if they play it for hours. This does differ from person to person because some people can play certain games none stop, but that's how it is for most people. When was the last time you played Shiro Neko? You can play that a bit while you wait for stamina."

"Shiro Neko cheats.. The REM sucks on it, never get good mons.." She rolls around on her place mat.

"Sparxy has been in the bathroom forever.. think she drowned?" Demonskid questioned.

"I don't think it would be that easy to do that, but let me go check on her." She walks down the hallway to the bathroom door and knocks on it. "Sparx? You in there? Is everything alright? I'm going to try making dinner soon, so if you're still in there you might want to finish up." ML waits a bit, in case she gets a response.
