The bohemian key necklace is a bit wider and doesn't dip as low in comparison to the necklace in ecitsu. Plus ecitsu 'strings' don't come in black.

If one round is running long, you could always start the next round and leave the old one running until the guesses are all made. Or, to make it easier, you could say whether a round is event items, or commons, or donation items, etc.
