I'm pretty sure that the bulk purchase bonuses are all multiples of 10, and unless we did sell raffle tickets for a single rune at some point, I'm pretty sure everything has been sold at a multiple of 5. I thought that raffle tickets were sold for 5 runes, but I could be remembering wrong.
