I know what ya mean Lucid. I've been re-playing Civ 5 lately...especially with all the hype for the next game. Can't wait for it to come out!

Come on Coda, you can even make the same coding mistake to make Ghandi the most dangerous AI enemy in the game. :P

He's not the most dangerous, just the most nuke-happy.

Never really had that problem...then again never really played against Ghandi. *shrugs*

Ghandi usually gets wiped out by his neighbors in my games. The one time he did show up at my doorstep with nukes, I ragequit because I didn't have any military whatsoever (it was a small islands map so nobody had been to war for the entire game).

Where's the X to mark the spot?

Hmm...I usually declared war on whoever was the least favorable and furthest from my lands, made an alliance with the guy who disliked them most/was closest to them...and when my ally was threatened/losing, I would offer vassalship. >:-D

Ouch, that would suck. I normally do small continent games. Enough land to encounter each other, but also some separation by terrain and bodies of water.

Yeah, I had picked "Random Map" for that game, so I didn't have a choice. My lands were actually pretty nice, but yeah, I neglected my military something fierce.

Have you tried the new mod civ, the Inuit? They're pretty interesting. Bonuses for being in ice and snow. The spawn location code isn't perfect though, I always end up too close to a neighbor.

The map actually reminds me a little of Arrendelle from Frozen. xD The yellow part in the middle being the castle.
