Fin seemed to grow more confused, so he gave up on the clothes. "... So... I do have a brother?" he asked, still not sure if he believed it.

Frei nodded once, "Half," she chimed in.

Fin nodded a little, still having trouble wrapping his head around it.

"He's gone through many of his nine lives," she continued after a moment, "You are a kitten."

Fin blinked, still trying to follow along. "... So... I still have nine lives?" he asked, wondering where she was going.

Frei blinked.

"... I'm not following, bunny," Fin told her.

"He's on a different life," she explained after a moment.

"... Don't kittens grow up to be cats?" Fin asked, trying to understand her metaphors better.

Frei nodded but Fin was getting the feeling that trying to explain the way she thought was very difficult for her. "But... a kitten can't understand a cat who's lived many lives." She seemed to be attempting to warn him.

Fin frowned. He seemed to be catching on a little. "... Alright," he told her.

Frei seemed content with that as she turned to the screen. She seemed to be interested in what books he'd been reading.

Some of the selections made no sense; they were probably from him practicing using the technology. He had chosen a few popular books amongst teens right now. He also found some manuals for random appliances on the Juttle and even downloaded a spec of the Juttle.

Frei looked at Fin, "... You like the electronics?" she asked.

"... I... haven't seen so many in one place," Fin explained.

Frei nodded a little.

Fin didn't say anything more about that as he started tugging on his clothes again.

Frei seemed to work something through in her mind. It took a long time for her to process her thought and then to formulate it into words. But then she asked, "Do you... want to meet your brother?"

Fin thought about it awhile. "I don't know," he replied quietly.

"You... don't have family," she clarified, eyes questioning a little.

Fin paused before shaking his head, subconsciously grabbing for his necklace again.

"Then... you should meet the cat," she replied, falling back into metaphors.

"... He doesn't want to met me," Fin replied quietly.

"He doesn't... believe it yet," Frei replied.

That didn't seem to make Fin feel any better. He looked a little lonely.

Frei tilted her head at Fin for a moment before suddenly grabbing Fin's hand and starting to drag him towards the door.

"Huh?" Fin asked as he let Frei drag him.

Frei dragged him right out of the Juttle and towards the resort building.

"I-I'm supposed to stay in the Juttle," Fin told Frei.

Frei didn't reply, she seemed to believe she overruled Wolfe. They didn't meet anyone as Frei continued to lead him on.

Fin was getting very nervous. "... Where are we going?" he asked quietly.

Frei continued onwards, straight into Nic's room.

For once, Nic wasn't there. Fin blinked as he looked around the empty room.

Frei looked around for a moment before releasing Fin's hand, "Look around," she ordered before poking in some of the drawers.

"Uh.." Fin muttered. He seemed really hesitant, but after awhile he started poking around. After five minutes, he got really into it as he started sifting through drawers. He took out Nic's jacket and slipped it on.

Frei nodded a little as she pointed at Nic's computer, "His kitten," she stated, "He's very good with electronics."

Fin didn't disturb Nic's laptop too much since he wasn't too good with electronics.

Frei and Fin continued to snoop for awhile before the door slowly opened, "Nic?" Laurel's voice called inside. Frei turned and blinked as Laurel stepped inside.

Fin was exploring the back of a drawer and jumped at Laurel's voice. He shoved the contents toward the back sloppily before turning like he hadn't done anything. Still wearing Nic's jacket.

Laurel blinked at the two of them, Frei was the last person she expected to see in Nic's room. She tilted her head slightly at Fin, "I don't think we've met," she smiled, he looked a little familiar, "Are you a friend of Frei's?" she asked kindly.
