That is an Eldar Farseer from the tabletop war game Warhammer 40k. I paint the model's it takes me about three weeks per model when it comes to Eldar because they are so detailed.

It's only this army that takes me that long because of the detail, most models could take a few days if I put my mind to it. I started the hobby when I quit Trisphee.
