Mizuki looked to Thalion as he spoke and gave a little frown. Now that he knew the reason behind the others dislike for the arts he was not sure if he had the heart to teach him it or not. None the less he nodded his head with a little sigh "Very well, take care with what you need' With that Mizuki walked over to him and leaned in kissing the side of his neck "And we shall continue where we stopped later" He said with an added lick to below the ear before he turned and left out the front door with Riku in toe.

Walking a little ways away he gave a little sigh "So Riku...what news is there and what do we need to discuss" He said before the entered a different little house. It was the one that Riku decided to claim for his time spent there "It has to do with the king..." With that Mizukis attention was caught "Speak"

After Mizuki and Riku left he let out a heavy sight before getting his things together to go see what issues he had been hearing about from the other trainers. He wasn't sure he wanted to even know seeing as some of the reports were that the trainees couldn't string a bow... He shook his head at the thought of it. No way that they couldn't have trained them at least that much.

After a few moments he left the building and headed towards the grounds. Upon getting there he paused and nearly felt like just going back home. "What the hell is this suppose to be?" He questioned before walking up to the one who was suppose to be training them. "I don't see a single weapon drawn, no blows being made. Hell I don't even see any of the archers with bows that could fire a damned arrow."

The trainer whined a little before looking away from Thalion. "What am I suppose to do when they won't - " Thal quickly cut him off as he walked over to one of the archers that seemed to be fighting with the bow string. "If they refuse to do anything tell them take their asses elsewhere. We don't have the time or resources to take care of someone who isn't willing to put forth even a half ass'ed effort." With that being said he held his hand out to the archer before getting the bow and string from him and stringing the weapon almost effortlessly.

"Speak now if you didn't catch that.. " The trainee shook his head a little as he was handed back the bow. Though Thalion did explain how to do that properly, though in most cases if they were preparing for a attack then they wouldn't have to string their weapon on the fly. After he was done with that he went about fixing the weapon order to get each type with a proper user based on what he saw from earlier.

This quickly turned the training around as he went about fixing poses and postures and telling the poor guy that was labeled as the 'trainer' on how to train properly and how to put the proper weapons with the right trainees. Let alone how to train the ranged users and everything else. At te least it was starting to look like a training session and not just a group of trainees standing about.

"Your kidding me right?" Mizuki asked as he looked to a closed eyed Riku "I wish I was" He said "It was a group of eight maybe nine thousand strong no more then four days walk from here heading this way" Mizuki sighed once more "And how many men do we have left..." He asked though when a reply was long to fallow he looked back to Riku "Tell me..." It was an order "About fifteen hundred" was his reply "Thats including my troups as well"

Mizuki shook his head "A four to one odd" He said slightly "Do we have hope?" He asked and got a soft smile from the male infront of him "When there is a will there is a way" He said "The men are frightened but hearts are strong" Mizuki shook his head "Its not enough..." Riku lifted his head "You of all people should know the power of the heart" Mizuki sighed "Yes...."

Mizuki then stood "So...what do we do?" Riku smiled "We get ready for war" With that Mizuki turned and walked from the house with him Riku fallowed. He needed to alert everyone and make them aware then the end of the war was finally upon them. Mizuki not knowing the best way to do this did the best thing he could. Setting a magic ball off into the sky he stood on the ledge with the warning bell and rang it once, he then waited for the crowd to come.

He was in the middle of explaining a few tactics that might keep a few of them alive in the long run when the sudden bell rang out. He looked at the other who was finally getting the hang of training as he should. "what the hell now.." He muttered under his breath before dismissing the session and started off to go see what was the matter. Though he knew very well what was the matter.

They had a handful of trained ready to go troops and then the rest were .. they were combat ready at best. Neimi ran up to Thalion as she stopped and looked at him before speaking. "Whats going on?" Thalion shook his a little. "Not sure.. but we'll find out." He had a good idea, but he didn't want to worry her just yet, maybe he was wrong.

They needed some more time, the troops weren't ready and the few that were .. that would hardly make up for any number of odds. Let alone he didn't want to think of how many they'd lose in the process of this if what he thought was happening.

As the crowd began to grow Mizukis heart began to drop though it picked up a little as he saw the face of Thalion...this gave him courage to continue "My friends and family" He said his eyes landing on Thalion as he said family "Our scout has returned today and I regret to inform all of you of our current problem" He said "According to the scout we have...four days until the entire easteren army is upon us"

Right away the people were stricken into panic "Calm calm...nows not the time to panic" Thats when he heard a shout from the crowd "Are you crazie...we are all doomed!" Mizuki growled "Doomed...we are not doomed. I will admit that the numbers are vastly more then our own...but this is not the end" Mizuki mlooked out among the people "We have four days to prepare....and we have a some plans"

That is when Mizuki began to explain magical traps of fire and summons. Gicing hope to the people they began to agree "Well...you all know what needs to be done! You groupd a grab the supplies, group b sharpen the tools" Mizuki began to bark orders to everyone near before the last person he faced was Thalion "Well....its almost time"

He saw that coming a mile away. He put a hand on Neimi's shoulder when she seemed to fret that this was really it. "We're not going to live are we? Raden.. Mizuki.." Thalion shook his head. "I'll be damned if I'm losing now." She looked at him as he smirked a bit. "Besides I think you know by now we have quite a few who are too damn stubborn to die." She smiled weakly before she was pulled away from the group she was normally with so they could prepare their part of the orders that were given out.

He nodded a little when Mizuki spoke to him. "So it is.. Means I have my own work to be done." He crossed his arms before scowling a little. "Where the hell is Raden?" Though about a moment later the boy turned up near the two standing there. "Here.. sorry" The crowds were starting to thin out so he could even get to Thalion and Mizuki.

"Good, we need to get the other two scouting groups and start setting up things outside of the protected area. At the least we can thin out a few of the troops through the passage way they'll have to take to get here." Raden nodded a little before running off to find the two other groups Thalion spoke of. He knew what had to be done, they were to set up traps and pit falls closer to the entrance, even taking out a few troops of the other side meant they stood a chance.

"Before you say anything Mizuki, no your not changing my mind. Also yes the group I have for this knows what they are doing. We'll only need a day to set up everything." He knew Mizuki didn't want him outside of the walls but this had to be done and asap. Defenses inside were great and all but the few they could provide outside would thin the amount entering at one time as well as probably claiming a few lives of the enemy.

Mizuki sighed a little as his words were cut off "I know...everything needs to be done...and the more you can knock off before hand is a great plan" He said "Even though in these last days I dont want you out of my site" With that he took a step forward and kissed Thalions cheek. Pulling away he gave a weak smile "Everything will work out and we will live....I have hope" With that he brushed his hand down Thalions arm as he walked past him. Mizuki had his own things to take care of. First thing first he had a little mission for Neimi he knew Thalion would object to.

Catching up to her he smiled "I have something special just for you" He said comming up to her "You must keep this to yourself. On the day they arrive we have a chance to take out a great chunk with one shot....but you need to help me for it drains most of my magic" This is where he began to explain of an attack he has been working on for years though never mastered. If done right he would take out a thousand or more one shot.

"Tsk.. of course we'll live." He closed his eyes before speaking again. "Dying means the other side won, and I'll be damned if I'm accepting death till the king has choked on his own blood." In truth he didn't want Mizuki to walk off but he knew he was busy as well. He watched him for a moment before going towards the entrance to join up with Raden and the others to ensure everything they needed was there and that they could get started.

Neimi looked at Mizuki with a bit of worry before agreeing to his terms. "Please just promise me I'm not helping you kill yourself.. Thlaion already promised that we'd have a family still after this was through." She seemed to almost be pleading with him, she knew Thal had only said it to make her feel better but still it gave her hope.

She listened to his plan and agreed to help, though she was still worried. She knew not everyone would live but she feared that the two she cared about the most were at the highest risk. Thalion would make sure they won even if it cost him his last breath, she knew how he was and he had been fighting for this very day for years. Though the numbers were ill prepared due to the other attack she still thought they would win.. it was just the cost of winning that scared her.

Mizuki smiled at the worried reply she gave him "No...I just need you to make sure no one reaches me in the time it takes me to recover till I can fight once more" He said simply "I just need you to watch over me for twenty minutes fighting off anyone that trys to get near me....I trust you to protect me" He said with a smile on his face. In truth he needed more then twenty minutes but it was all the time that he could spare in a moment like that.

"I need you to keep watch....and when that army piles there" He said pointing to the gate "You tell me and the chant begins....and I wont be able to stop till the right number of souls is stationed there" He said. He then took her to the gates and began drawing symbols with black ink "These will glow when the times right...then the attack will take place...after that all hell will break loose...and My life will be the one the east wants the most"

She nodded weakly agreeing to his planning. "I can do that.. though shouldn't I go get Raden too? I mean.." When he told her no she nodded again to agree with him. She knew she was a good fighter but she was timid, she feared losing Mizuki or Thalion or Raden. She wanted things to go back to normal, how they were before. Though for now she just needed to focus on helping Mizuki.

Thalion and the few others he had prepared for this had already left by the time that Mizuki was done talking with Neimi. They had such a short time to prepare the traps before the army was within sight. This would work around a full day of no sleep.. but after that they had a day worth to get the rest made up for and then to see what the next day brought when the army was on their heads.

Thal already knew Mizuki had some crazy plan for sure, but he didn't wan to think about it. He needed to focus on the plans at hand. Spike traps, explosions, pitfalls. The works, anything that could be set up and rigged to prevent the other side from getting close to them. The more these traps took out the better off they were. He wanted to set archers here of the narrow way but they couldn't afford to lose the man power inside the walls.

Mizuki smiled "No let Raden help Thalion...and the fact that you fear death makes you the perfect person for this" He stated to her with a smile. All of it was true. He knew that Neimi would fight and fight to protect him and the fact that he asked her to do this was the one thing that she needed. His magic was good yes but the recovery time was not the best in the world though he had no time to think about that. He knew that the spell he wanted to pull off would put him in such a weekend state that he should have more then one person to protect him, but he trusted Neimi more then she knew but she was about to find out just how much.

The whole night and day was made of rushing about, fixing traps, setting magicgliphs and continuing with weapons and the like. By the time they were done Mizuki was sweating and breathing heavy covered in ink from every spell bound circle he made. Looking over to Neimi he smiled "Now....everything is done until the battle itself" He said slightly "Go be with Raden..." When he got a shocked look Mizuki smiled "I am not blind child I see what you have' With that he leaned over kissed her forhead and turned.

In all reality it was just an excuse to get away and go home with the hopes of he himself seeing Thalion. The thoughts of the war comming to an end within the next day or so made his head light and his heart heavy. What were they to do? Mizuki sighed to himself as he entered the place he called home. Seeing that he was the first back he went and ran a hot bath. Sighing he got in alone in hopes that he would leave with company.

Neimi of course was worried, Raden had become family to her over the time. Though she had stronger feelings for him then she ever showed. When Mizuki said anything she wanted to just crawl into a hole. She had hid them so well, though if Mizuki saw it then she figured not many others did. Thalion was good at reading people but not in that way. His skills came to combat and that alone.

Either way she nodded weakly before going off to see if Raden was even back yet with the others. Though that was quickly answered as she saw Thalion and Raden both at the training grounds. There were a handful of the trainee archers there, he was probably trying to get them more use to the bow. They needed to be able to hit something at best. Raden was about to fire another arrow when Neimi yelled to him before walking over.

"You two get back and you don't even say hi? What if we thought you had died? She acted like she pouted a moment before walking behind Raden and forcing him to walk forward. "Your aim is fine. Besides Thalion should go say something to Mizuki, he's worn himself out." She smiled before walking off still making the protesting Raden walk as well. She just wanted to talk with him, get at least a little attention from him in the event they didn't see each other again..

Thalion shook his head a little before dismissing the group he had before him, they were as ready as they'd ever be and forcing them to train without rest was asking for them to be unprepared for the soon to come battle. Though he was taking that as a hint from Neimi that he should go home.

Leaving the grounds and going home he sighed heavily, he wanted tomorrow to come and go already. He wanted the king to be dead and everyone here to be free from his grasp. If things settled down he didn't have to stay here as a commanding officer or anything he could go as he pleased. Hell he could go home to whatever end that would serve, aside from maybe settling with his past.

Entering the house he sighed a little, though he could tell where Mizuki was, the other liked to stay clean that was certain. Not that there was anything wrong with that he just found it funny at times, it was always the first thing Mizuki did. Taking a few steps he knocked on the washroom door before entering and shutting it behind him. He knew Mizuki would pick up right away he had a few new cuts, but there were reasons for them.

"Traps are in place, nothing else we can do.. though I did manage to increase our numbers by another 600 head." That meant in the span of a days time he had set the traps in place with the others and got help from the bandits who hated the king as much as any other.

Mizuki was calm and colected. The steam in the room clouding the air with warmpth as he settled within the hot water. Though when the knock came to the door and it opened he didnt even need to open his eyes to know who was there. Though he did and frowned a little at the others state. He was cut up and his hair was messier then normal. "600 head..." Mizuki thought a moment "The rebels"

This made Mizuki feel a mixture of emotions. He was greatfull for the extra help but pissed at the male before him that he had ventrued that far in a days time. As soon as Thalion had settled within the tub he smirked and splashed the other in the face with a large amount of water.

He watched as Thalion protested and whiped at his face though the protest died the moment he saw the frown on Mizukis face. "You traveled that far within a day...by yourself" He said calmly "What if something had happened? Thats a distance to travel you should not have went alone!" Yes he knew that in a moment like this he should be holding the other not cursing at him but damnit Thalion should know better.

He frowned a bit listening to Mizuki go on and on. "I didn't go alone, Raden came with me." Not that this was what Mizuki meant but still. "It needed to be done, the more we have the better odds we have. They'll be here in time to flank the troops that manage to get into the protected area. They already know where the traps we laid are so they can avoid them. Though by the time they get here most if not all of them should be set off by the other side."

After he was done talking to moved a little to lean back against the tub. He was more then just tired. To admit the truth he was worried. He didn't see most of them walking away tomorrow. Plus if he went too far tomorrow ... he didn't want to think about it but that would be it. Sure it'd take out a damn good number of troops but Mizuki would have to.. He'd have to hold to his word on the promise he made not long ago.

Though he never voiced these worries or thoughts, in fact other then being tired he did a damn good job of hiding what he was thinking. Like always, though that might be a good sign he was hiding something from the start.

Mizuki sighed a little before he moved placing himself within the males lap before him so he could lean back resting his back on Thalions chest and his head just off the males left shoulder. He knew the thoughts that went through Thalions head for they were his own as well. Though in that moment what was he to say? He could not promise the safety of everyone or even garentee his own life. Right now all hope seemed lost.

Closing his eyes Mizuki hid his head in his lovers neck with a little wimper in the back of his throat "Its not the end" He said softly with a little nuzzel "It cant be the end...I still have so much I want to do...So much I want to live for" With that he placed a kiss on dark skin.

He shook his head a little when Mizuki said it's not the end. "I know it's not. to say it is means accepting death.. " He smirked a little finding a bit of a his cocky nature. "My kind do not accept death so easily." He refused to die this fight, afterwards .. maybe. Though he left that thought unvoiced.

Wrapping his arms around Mizuki he kept the other close. He knew they were both worried.. but they needed to fight for tomorrow. He told Neimi that she'd still have a family. He planned to keep that promise. Not that he saw the battle going over so smoothly but still.

"After tomorrow.. we can relax finally. Everything will have paid off in the end." He spoke like he knew they'd win, but thats how he thought he never walked into a fight thinking it was lost. Even odds against them he knew they would win.

Mizuki wrapped his arms around Thalions the moment they were placed around him. He knew that Thalion would say just what he did and he was greatfull for it. With him speaking that way it gave him hopes that everything will actualy be okay. "Yes we had the same discussion" Tightening his arms he decided to make Thalion fully away of everything.

That is when he explained to Thalion the magical attacks he had in play. He had everything from fire to ice and more unspeakable things. The last he needed to tell the other male was the pit fall. He wanted to tell him everything but he knew the moment it was said Thalion would be upset and for good reason.

'I....have been practicing a new spell that would take out a thousand men one shot. But the bad thing is...ill be out cold for at least twenty minutes....and I asked only one to gaurd me for that time" Now was the time to add the last blow. Mizuki gulped "Neimi".

He listened to the other but he didn't like where this was going.. at all. His ears went back once Mizuki seemed to stop talking. "One? Let alone... never mind that she's one of the better fighters we have.. but still." He looked at Mizuki with a bit of worry. "I know we need something to take the numbers out but still.. can't you get a group of mages together and do the same amount of damage without any of you being out for a period of time?"

Sure he wasn't exactly magic savvy but still he did know a few things, a group of mages could help reduce the strain on one. Seeing Mizuki shake his head a little he sighed knowing they didn't have the numbers to do such a thing. He couldn't be too mad at Mizuki really, not with where his location would be during most of the fighting.

Thalion was a ranged and melee fighter.. he would have to be in the middle of the fray to try and prevent deaths on their side where he could. Also he could take out a good number by himself down there, forget if he had Raden with him. It had taken a little while but he finally turned the poor boy into a half decent fighter. "You better not be lying to me.. after that 20 minutes your ass better be back up."

Mizuki nodded his head deciding it best not to say 20 minutes was pushing it. He would still be tired and very weak but it was all the time he could give himself to rest and that was even pushing it "I will be fine...to minimize the chance of being attacked first thing I can place a berrier up before hand...that at least gives her an extra five minutes before it falls" He said with a little sigh.

"Also everyone has a job to do....I just need you to do one thing and make sure no one stands within the drop zone...once the incantation starts" Mizuki said with a little move of his head "Thats it...everyone within the drop zone will be swallowed and eaten by mother earth" Mizuki knew it sounded a little dramatic but it was the truth.

What the spell did was create a crack in the earth swallowing everyone and everything within the drop zone. After every last one fell the earth would close with a sickening boom locking those away for ever. Mizuki has done it to single people and foes in the past but he has never gone past 200 before. Even at that number he was out for a good half hour with out movement. But this time he was ready, he had things he needed to protect and he would do just that, even if it killed him.

He nodded a little before sighing. "I know this.. " He just didn't want Mizuki pushing himself. He needed to know he could fall back on the other keeping his word he had gotten him to promise to him. Though he was going to try to not go that far over the edge himself.

"None of ours will be in that zone.. Aside from you and Neimi most of the groups are stationed away from there." This wasn't done on purpose but it seemed to work out, if anything maybe he could get a few of the groups together to force some of the numbers back into the said zone.

He knew Mizuki was holding back a few details but he never questioned them, they had today left to themselves and he'd be damned if he was going to worry about every what if on the planet. Not when he might not see Mizuki after tomorrow.

Mizuki sighed a little before he moved so he could turn and look at Thalion "But enough of this.." He said before giving a little smile "I dont want to think of what is to come...I want to think of the here and now thats why its called the present" With that he leaned forward and captured the males lips within his own. Before pulling back with a smile "Lets change the subject..." He said with a sugestive smile on his lips.

This is when Mizuki leaned back and all the way until he was sitting back in the place he had been sitting when Thalion entered the room. 'Though you are quite boring to have a conversation with..." Mizuki was trying to get Thalions attention by any means. Even if that ment little quips till the other fought back.

A change of subject was a good idea, though he never once voiced his thoughts on it as he closed his eyes a moment as the other moved to sit differently. Everything would be better after tomorrow, no matter what happened everything would change.

Though this thought was disrupted as he heard Mizuki speak again. He glared a little at the other before opening his mouth. "did you ever think I found you to be a poor conversation holder?" Though the comment was hardly serious as he moved to pin the other where he was. "I think I do well enough." He stayed there a moment bringing his lips near Mizuki's neck before pulling away just as they brushed the skin.

"But.." He started as he moved back to where he was from before. "If you think such things I guess you better go find a new conversation partner, I'll be damned if I'm changing my ways now."

Mizuki smiled and stiffented a little when he was grabbed but soon relaxed as Thalion moved closer though he growled when he sat back continuing to speak. Mizuki just got a smile on his face, the game was on 'True, but then again your not really good at much" He said with a smile and a little tilt of his head before he leaned back into the tub "But there is one thing I think your good at"

Mizuki was teasing Thalion, he was trying to get under the other males skin but he wanted to get there with a different tactic 'I mean...I cant remember the last time you...impressed me" He said softly looking to Thalion with half lidded eyes. Words and light touches were some of the things he knew Thal to be a sucker for so he combined a brush of his feet to Thalions side with his words just for impact.

His ears went back a little hearing the next comment, he knew what Mizuki was doing. He hated the fact it always worked though! His drow temper always got the better of him, so it was easy to say he could be rash at times. He wasn't going to buy into this time.. or thats what he told himself anyway.

The next comment made him forget that Mizuki was toying with him though. He noticed that Mziuki was moving his foot to brush his side but he still growled a little before moving to be over top of the other. "Oh is that so? Maybe you should open your eyes a bit more instead of closing them." He knew that expression Mizuki was giving him but he was ignoring it for the time being as he held himself where he was.

Mizuki leaned back so his head was resting on the back of the tub, this also allowed him to look right above him to peer into Thalions face directly. Though the comment on his eyes made him smile and Thalion currently had the upper hand being over him Mizuki was not about to give up just yet.

So that is when Mizuki moved his knees up forcing them against Thalions rear causing the male to be forced to sit. That is when Mizuki moved his hands and rested them on his hips all the while keeping his eyes half lidded "But...you like it" He said with a smile. Mizuki was determined to win this battle.

Mizuki normally won these little bouts. Though Thalion hardly minded when it came down to it. Though he wasn't expecting the other to force his control so easily from his hands. The one time he had the upper hand and he lost it in a matter of seconds.

When Mizuki seemed to gain the upper hand he smirked a little at the other's words. "Maybe I do.. though your the one that seems to always come back for more." Sure he wanted to fight back more but at the same time he didn't, he didn't want to waste this time that they did have together. Also if left to their own the two could drag this power struggle out for a long while.

Mizuki smiled at that before leaning up and forward wrapping his long pale arms around Thalions stomach before he leaned in and kissed an exposed neck "I always come back for more..." He said and before Thalion could say something else Mizuki had moved and now stood out of the bath long silver hair hair dripped with water and stuck to pale skin "We will see whos the one to come back"

With that Mizuki grabbed a towl and began drying his hair. As he turned he began to walk out the bathroom door with a little wiggle in his step. Mizuki headed for the bed as soon as his hair was dry. Sitting down he moved up and sat at the top of the bed. Pulling the thin sheet up around him he let his hair flowing out around him to cascade down a muscled chest. Mizuki closed his eyes and waited for Thalion knowing the male wouldnt let it end there.

Thalion watched the other get up and walk out of the bathroom. That was hardly even fair.. to start this little game and then to walk off like that. He laughed a little, he cursed his own words knowing they just bit him without him even moving anywhere. Getting up he grabbed a town and went about drying off before walking out of the bathroom and going towards where Mizuki was.

Getting onto the bed he glared a little at the other. "start smirking already you proved your point" He knew Mizuki only came out here because he knew Thalion would follow. He wasn't that dense. Though of course he'd follow. This could be their last night and he wasn't about to let Mizuki get out of it so easily. Aside from that the other was the one that started it!

Mizuki gave a little smile at the others comment. It was true he knew the other would fallow if not for what was to come but at least for the fact of sleep and it was his bed to. Though Mizuki couldnt help the little growl that left his lips "I think I won this time" With that he reached up and locked his lips onto the other males neck the sheet slipping down to pool in his lap.

Mizuki wanted nothing more then to have the war over with and a normal life with the man he loved and the out come of tomorrow would be the deciding factor in it all. Though that thought left his mind as he fell backwards and landed on the bed with his hair flowing about him. Time to seal the deal Mizuki thought as he looked to Thalion with half lidded eyes "I love you..."

He started to protest that he won every time. But he never got the chance to as Mizuki attacked his neck a little. Why was he going to complain about such a thing anyway. They both got what they wanted so what did it matter. Though he did think one of these times he was going to stay stern and win this little fight.

The next words to leave Mizuki's lips as he laid back against the bed Thalion seemed to let a soft smile show for them. He knew his weaknesses, but he didn't think they were weaknesses anymore. Was it bad to care about someone so.. no, in fact it gave him something to live for.

Moving he kissed Mizuki's lips lightly before moving to whisper near the others ear. "I love you too.. " He lightly bit Mizuki's neck after he was done speaking his words. Seeing as they had gotten this far there was no reason to rush it. The odd thought was that Neimi or Raden could come home, but at the same time he didn't care at the moment.

It was slow ans leasurely. Nothing was rushed or taken out of controle. Mizuki gave a smile as he thought it it from where he was head resting on Thalions fast moving chest. Sweat covered both of them as did the light sheet. Mizuki wrapped his arm around the others midsection as he moved his head into a lean neck. It was time for sleep.

The next day came early and Mizuki protested and groaned as his body refused to sleep anymore. Mizuki knew that there was things to be done but he didnt want to move...not yet.

Rest came in waves that night. As much as he wanted to say he was well rested he knew he wasn't. His mind was being over active. He kept thinking that the battle was at hand or that they had lost the fight. He needed to stop. By the time he gave up on sleeping it was still rather early in the morning. He noticed Mizuki stir a little, though he didn't move just yet or make it known he was even awake.

No he wanted to stay here a little longer. He knew the waiting for the army to get here would kill him slowly. He could always scout the area and wait for the army.. but he couldn't afford to do that. Also he figured Mizuki wouldn't let him anyway. He sighed lightly before sitting up finally and rubbing his head a little from the headache he had. Please let everything go as planned today.. Tats all he could think about.

Mizuki sighed and groaned as he felt the warmth of his partner beside him leave. Mizuki knew that they had to get up but he didnt want to. Mizuki wanted to push out everything but he knew he couldnt. Finaly he to sat up before he rubbed at his eyes sleepely. Yawning with a stretch he moved and got out of the bed. Stretching he cracked every sore joint and stretched his muscles at the same time.

Turning he noticed Thalion still watching him and he couldnt help but smile and wiggle a little "Like what you see?" He asked before he gave a little laugh and began to get dressed for the day, there was alot to do.

He smirked a little before speaking to Mizuki and getting up himself so he could get dressed. "You'll find out tonight when I jump you if I liked what I saw or not if you keep that up." He was probably joking but still, he was allowed to. Today might be it between them. He already knew he was going to be tense from the waiting for the army to attack. So he might as well have his fun now.

Mizuki smiled but then gave him a little sad frown "I have to wait...what fun is there in that?" He asked before he gave a smile and leaned backwards to kiss Thalions cheek. "Lucky for you there is things to look after today other wise I would tie you to that bed there and no matter how much you pleaseded I wouldnt let you go" With that he grabbed his staff before walking past Thalion with a brush of a hand across the other males back he spoke "And you would be at my mercy all day" He ended with a little wink

He grinned a little at this thought. "Oh would I now.. I'll have to remind you of this idea after things settle back down." He made it sound like they were for sure going to win and everything was going to be just peachy. Though it was more or less a front to keep his mind off of what was really going through it. He'd rather take Mizuki's offer over what they had to do any day. Though today wasn't the day to try such a thing.

Everything would be fine, he needed to tell himself that enough times till he believed it. Moving he turned towards Mizuki before grabbing him and pulling the other close. "You better make good to all this talk your putting off once todays through." He said right before kissing the other a little roughly and then releasing him. Though in the back of his mind he knew better then to think today would go over so smoothly.

Mizuki was a little shocked at the rough kiss though he returned it just as rough as the other gave. Mizuki wanted to get in all the touches and kisses he could in this one day for it could be his last chance. No...Mizuki shook his head a little "Oh I will its something I have been planning for awhile" With that he leaned forward and licked the other males kiss swolen lips before heading for the door "Now come on we have things to do...even though it pains me to leave in such a state" He said reajusting himself before opening the door. Yep...it was going to be a long day and an even longer night. If Mizukis celculations were right the army would reach them by night fall.

He seemed to look at the other before laughing slightly. "Oh really now?" He liked the sound of this more and more. Even if he thought he was kidding himself if he was getting anything any time soon. He'd be damned lucky if he wasn't killed today. He smirked again listening to the other speak as he moved over towards him before speaking softly near his ear. "I'll make up for it later.." He kissed the others cheek before walking forward and out of the building.

He was right there was plenty to do today. Last minute planning, he had to make sure the melee knew where the zone was that they could not enter. Plus he wanted to make sure Neimi and Raden were alright. They didn't come home last night, though he figured that they were just helping around the camp or something. Or one or the other of them had fallen asleep while working.

Mizuki gave a growl at the other males actions though he fallowed the other out of the house with a smile. Mizuki had no plans on letting the male before him out of his sight at all that day. He had plans of stolen kisses and soft touches when he could get them. The first thing they did was gather everyone that needed to know of the dead zone. From there they discribed everything that would happen and the dos and donts.

After the group was dismissed Mizuki leaned in and kissed the nape of Thalions neck and with a brush of lips he spoke softly "One task down..." With that he turned and walked off knowing the other would fallow soon enough.

The day seemed to speed by, even though it was also creeping at the same time. He hated waiting for something like this. Though after the gathered people were told of the area to avoid and then dismissed Mizuki quickly reminded him that he had to live. A small shiver ran down his spine from the sudden attack from the other.

He nodded almost weakly before following Mizuki. "Well .. I already got the reports back the traps are all fine and in place. So thats two things out of the way." There were other odds and ends they needed to check on and do, but he was having a hard time trying to focus with Mizuki taking every chance he got to torment Thalion. Not that he minded it one bit seeing a few times he managed to get the jump on the other.

The day was slowly creeping along and it was drawing closer and closer to the evening hours. He knew what would happen then. Though throughout the day he did manage to find Raden and Neimi. Apparently Neimi had worn herself out and Raden had just stayed behind to make sure she was ok.
