Reyoki 06-10-2011 09:48 PM

XD It's even funnier because I'd actually say something like that.

LUCID IS MADE OF AWESOME AND SHOULD BE GIVEN CHOCOLATE BARS AND MILKSHAKES!!!

Lucid: 06-10-2011 10:05 PM

YES, YES I SHOULD! 8D
Please note the lack of "Last edited by Lucid" at the bottom of Reyo's post. I'm clearly not trying to manipulate you. Now give me presents. <3

Serra Britt 06-10-2011 10:07 PM

If Lucid is made from chocolates can I nom on her? :3

Lucid: 06-10-2011 10:08 PM

I'm not made of chocolate. ;O;

Reyoki 06-10-2011 10:13 PM

*gives Lucid skewered yakitori* Din-dins for Lucid-sama?

Lucid: 06-10-2011 10:15 PM

t-thank you, bu-bu-but... Lucid does not eat teh meats... ;3; **waddles off to the kitchen to warm up leftover spinach enchiladas**

Reyoki 06-10-2011 10:20 PM

Oh noez! I have brought shame upon my family by offering Lucid meat! There is only one way to restore my family's honor...

*poofs into chibi mode and sits on Lucid's shoulder* I'm sowwy, Lucid. Can you fowgive me? *leans against Lucid's head*

Lucid: 06-10-2011 10:41 PM

d'awwww. I can't resist your chibi cuteness. <3 of course I forgive you. **snuggles**

Reyoki 06-10-2011 10:46 PM

*giggles* Yay! *hugs Lucid*

Spinach enchiladas do sound extremely yummy right now, though.

Lucid: 06-10-2011 11:23 PM

yes, yes they are delicious.
I think something about them isn't sitting right with me though... x.x when we made them the other night, they gave me a tummyache, and now my tummy is starting to feel funny again.
I shall eat cheesecake to remedy this!

Reyoki 06-10-2011 11:27 PM

I made myself a semi-fancy little cheese plate, but now the cheese is starting to seem a bit oily and greasy... perhaps I've eaten too much... or perhaps I shouldn't have gotten so much Gouda.

Lucid: 06-10-2011 11:29 PM

or maybe you're supposed to share with me! C8

Reyoki 06-10-2011 11:33 PM

*gives the rest of the plate to Lucid* There's muenster, provolone, gouda, and mild cheddar. I don't want any more of it. Imma go eat some crackers instead.

Lucid: 06-10-2011 11:47 PM

MMMMMM. so many delicious cheeses! **swipes a few crackers to go with them**

Vanitas 06-11-2011 01:48 AM

-snuggles with you two- ouo

Lucid: 06-11-2011 01:50 AM

YESSSS Lucid loves snuggles! <3 **Snuggles with Moony**

Coda 06-11-2011 11:51 AM

I want fine cheeses. :(

Lucid: 06-11-2011 11:55 AM

**hands Coda a plate of cheese and crackers** C:

Coda 06-11-2011 12:00 PM

:9

*takes a bite*

Augh, Internet-flavored! :(

Lucid: 06-11-2011 12:19 PM

Well, they'd have gone bad if I tried to mail them to you.

Batty 06-11-2011 01:46 PM

BATTY WANTS MAIL. xD;

<.<; Especially if it has Lucid in a giant box. :3

Reyoki 06-11-2011 07:53 PM

Reyo wants a boxed Lucid, too!

Ginger 06-11-2011 07:57 PM

Does anyone else like steamed brussel sprouts or am I the only one? xD

Reyoki 06-11-2011 08:03 PM

*raises hand* I like them. My parents taught me to like veggies when I was young.

Serra Britt 06-11-2011 08:12 PM

Steamed brussel sprouts are yummy. I just haven't gotten to have any in a while.

Coda 06-11-2011 09:04 PM

Brussels sprouts are good when prepared right and practically inedible when prepared wrong.

Reyoki 06-12-2011 01:35 PM

Yeah, asparagus is like that, too. I hate getting an asparagus stalk that's all tough and woody.

Ginger 06-14-2011 05:14 AM

I just got the 500 post achievment <3

Lucid: 06-14-2011 01:22 PM

congratulations Ginger! that's quite the accomplishment. C:

Ginger 06-14-2011 02:29 PM

Thank you Lucid ^^ I'm surprised I've posted so much in this little time we've had the achievements. It doesn't even feel like 500 posts.

Lucid: 06-14-2011 03:19 PM

yeah, posts go by real quick when you're not paying attention. when I hit 20k total posts, I was surprised I had posted that much!

  • I.... don't know how many posts I've achieved. At least 2000, I think. xD;

Ginger 06-15-2011 06:17 PM

WOW! That's insane posting! I got the 100-post Achievement today for posting in the User-Appreciation Forum :3

Reyoki 06-15-2011 06:35 PM

I'm working on the 1k posts achievement one now.

Ginger 06-16-2011 12:01 AM

I am too I believe. It's gonna be a while before I get it since I can't be on as much. Job hunting is more exhausting than the actual job.

Kyp 06-16-2011 01:57 AM

I'm working on posting everywhere for my next achievement.
We'll see how far I get, heh ^_^;

Reyoki 06-16-2011 12:29 PM

I know how you feel with the job hunting, Ginger. I'd be out hunting, too, if I could get someone to drive me to the mall.

Serra Britt 06-16-2011 01:09 PM

Job hunting is just...ugh, especially after a while if no one even CALLS you. >>

Ginger 06-16-2011 05:25 PM

I know =/ It's discouraging and I don't know what to do because I've applied and applied and applied, and nothing..

I'm tired of filling out all of these applications, and now most places I go to want resumes. Even the really small businesses.

Coda 06-16-2011 05:56 PM

Honestly the really small businesses have MORE reasons to need resumes -- if we're talking a professional job here, a small business can't afford to hire someone that doesn't have the skillset, and a resume makes it a lot easier to filter down to the candidates that are most likely to be worthwhile. It saves having to interview EVERY SINGLE PERSON.

Also: Follow up. When you give someone an application, call back in a week and follow up.
