Jaelynn shook her head, "I can't Anne, I have to stay here and keep you guys safe. I've already contacted Kitra, but she won't answer me." Just then she heard Seth, "Don't worry, I wasn't planning on leaving them."
Serus coughed, rolling to her knees, her forehead resting on the floor, "I'm..alright." She let out a pained groan as she pulled the splinters from her abdomen. "Seth..?" She howled as she pulled the one near her heart and threw it aside. Aria fell to her knees, holding her torso as she cried. "Mommy!" Jaelynn frowned, forcing the twins unconscious with her power, "I'm sorry you two, but I had to knock them out. They were getting too stressed..I could feel their powers ready to lash." |
"Thank you Jae." Seth said as he coughed up more blood. "Felix go in the fridge and get me some blood please." Seth said feeling one of the ribs in his lung.
"Ya right away Seth." Felix said running to the hidden fridge. "Serus are you ok." Seth said trying not to cough up more blood. "It is ok Jae, how is Annemarie? If you have to knock her out as well its fine." Seth said as he coughed up more blood. "I'm coming Seth." Felix said opening the bottle of blood. "Serus here let me help you up." Sean said as he gently helped her up. Sean teleported them upstairs by Seth. "Holy shit Seth are you ok?" Sean asked trying not to let Serus fall. "I am fine." Seth said coughing up more blood. "Here." Felix said helping Seth sit up and holding the bottle of blood up to Seth's mouth. Seth put his hand up to tell Felix to stop. "Give Serus some blood." Seth said pointing to Serus. "But Seth!" Felix objected. "No I am fine Felix, now give her some blood." Seth said as he felt his ribs reset. "Gahh." Seth yelled when they reset. "What the fuck is going on?" Seth asked coughing as his lung healed. |
Serus winced as Sean touched her, her arm snapping back into place causing her to yell out, "Yea..I'm fine.." She winced as her bones reset, coughing out a bit of blood as her lung repaired itself. "I don't know Seth."

"God, I feel like a fucking truck hit me." Seth said trying to get up. "Why is my house always getting destroyed?" Seth asked as he made it to his feet. He had to grab onto Felix so he wouldn't fall over. "I don't know if you heard Jaelynn but she had to knock out the twins cause their powers were about to lash out." Seth said barely able to stand. "Annemarie are you ok?" Seth asked putting most of his weight on Felix. "Why is it just me and you getting attacked Serus?" Seth said as he pulled on his arm to set it.

"I have no idea Seth" She nodded as Seth mentioned the twins, "Yeah, I heard her." She stepped away from Sean, teetering a bit until she found her balance. "I haven't heard anything from the Council about any possible threats to us..so..I have no idea what's going on." She leaned back in the couch, closing her eyes. "Whatever it is, I don't sense it anymore."

Annemarie was so upset that she couldn't answer Seth.
Seth pointed Felix to the living room when Serus went in there. Seth very gingerly sat on the couch. "Oh god, I don't sense it either." Seth said as he grabbed his ribs. "I wish we didn't always get ambushed." Seth said looking at Serus. "You two do have that luck." Sean said with a smile. "Don't go there Sean." Seth said a little aggravated. |
"I wouldn't mind an obvious frontal attack every now and then either..." She rested her head gently on Seth's shoulder. "I don't think you and Annemarie should go out tomorrow. I'm sorry..I will keep the twins away if you at least want to spend the day with her here."
Jaelynn frowned, placing her hand on Anne's shoulder, "Please relax Anneamrie. Everything's okay..they're just sitting and thinking now." |
"I will have to talk to her about it once I heal up a bit, I think I will spend the day with all of you." Seth said kissing Serus on the head. "Sean come here a second." Seth said waving him over.
"Here." Sean held out his arm so Seth could drink from him to heal up faster. "How did you know I was gonna ask that?" Seth asked looking up. "I'm your brother." Sean said with a smile. "Thanks bro." Seth said as he bit into Sean's arm. "Ah you didn't have to bit me hard." Sean said jumping. "Sorry." Seth said wiping his mouth. "Its all good." Sean said as he healed the bite marks. "God this place is a mess." Seth said as he looked around. "Sean can you do me another favor?" Seth asked slightly embarrassed. "Ya I will go get some drywall, plaster, and a new TV." Sean said as he looked at Felix. "Wanna come with Felix?" Sean asked walking over to Felix. "Ah thanks bro I will pay you back later." Seth said wanting to get up but he didn't want to disturb Serus. "Sure I guess I will go." Felix said grabbing onto Sean. "It's all good I owe you tons of money." Sean said with a chuckle and he teleported to Home Depot. "Ya you do." Seth said as Sean teleported. "Do you wanna drink?" Seth asked Serus putting his wrist in front of her face. |
She shook her head, "No thanks, I'm fine." She smiled, curling up a bit on the couch. "I'm sorry I keep getting your house destroyed."

"Ah its ok, just be glad I love you, cause I would make you pay for it." Seth said with a chuckle that made his ribs hurt. "I should get cleaning up." Seth said as he gently got up off of the couch. Seth sighed. "I just don't know what to do anymore." Seth said as he picked up some boards and threw them out of one of the broken windows. Seth looked at Serus. "Do you know where the vacuum cleaner is?" Seth asked looking down the hall.

"Have I ever used one?" She let out a laugh, then groaned, holding her torso. "Ah, I think it's in the first hall closet." She settled back into the couch, closing her eyes and scanning the property, still feeling like something wasn't right.

Seth walked over to Serus and gave her a kiss. "Very funny." He said as he went to the closet. Seth opened the door and grabbed the vacuum cleaner. He shut the door and started back down the hall, but something felt off. He went back to the closet and opened the door again. "What the fuck?" Seth asked as he got pushed back into the wall. "Gahh." Seth cried out when he landed on the floor. "Serus run!" Seth yelled in pain.

The figure's eyes glowed brightly as it's power rose, sending a powerful telekinetic blast sent Seth back into the wall. The figure jumped out, revealing that they were female. She grabbed onto Seth's throat, lifting him off the ground as she kept him pushed up against the wall. Not a single noise being made as she moved or pinned Seth. Her bright orange eyes narrowed as she examined him.
As soon as he went to speak, her gray hand covered his mouth. She looked over to where Serus was, listening for a moment. She brought Seth back down to ground level as she wrapped him in a telekinetic shell to prevent him from moving. "You will cooperate, or she will die. Permanently this time." Her voice was just a whisper, barely audible even by vampire ears. Serus was about to help him find it, when she heard it rolling on the floor. "I'm surprised you even found it. I don't think it's been out of the closet in years now." She chuckled, but was suddenly silent as she felt something wrap around her. Something telekinetic. She tried to move and get off the couch, but found it impossible. She also felt something clench her muscles shut, preventing them from opening so she could speak. |
Annemarie whimpered when Seth slammed into the wall. She could barely breath for some reason. She was totally terrified. "Dad..." She squeaked out.
Seth was trying to move but listened to the woman. "Serus! Get out of here some how." Seth was looking towards Serus. He tried to move but was wrapped in a telekinetic shell. He didn't know what to do. He couldn't get free, even if he could he couldn't live if Serus died again. "Jaelynn DO NOT leave my children alone." Seth said straining to get free but couldn't. |
The woman bared her teeth, tightening the shell, severing the telepathic link between Seth and Serus, "I don't think that that's cooperating. Regardless..." She pulled Seth from the wall, holding him by his shoulders, spinning around and letting him go as she faced the living room. Her heels clicked on the hardwood floor as she went through the hall after Seth.
Serus bashed at the telekinetic shell around her with her own telekinesis, but it was very powerful. Suddenly Seth came flying into the living room, crashing into something behind her. She tried to open a link to either Seth or Jaelynn, but quickly found it cut every time. Now she spoke in a normal tone as she paused at the entry way, looking to Serus, "You're next." She then focused back on Seth, releasing the shell around him. It just wasn't as much fun if they couldn't fight back. She did, however, keep the block on his mind, preventing any psychic powers to be used. |
Seth crashed into one of the end tables. He felt that he was free of the shell, he got up and looked at her. "What do you want?" Seth asked as he tried to contact someone anyone. But it was to no avail, he could tell that his psychic powers were disabled. He knew he wouldn't be able to hit her. Seth gathered his power and sent a fire ball at the woman.

The woman tilted her head as he gathered up the fire, confused. When it got close to her, it suddenly went out as she choked it by cutting off it's air supply. Suddenly, she appeared in front of Seth, her gray hands gently touching his face. Her eyes started to glow again as she gathered up more power, starting to siphon his spirit from his body causing him to feel weaker by the second. "Too easy"
Jaelynn became worried, "Annemarie, I know you're psychic powers aren't as strong as mine, but try to keep the twins unconscious. Please try not to worry either alright? Everything will be fine." She kissed Annemarie on the forehead then hugged her before disappearing. Jaelynn came down from the ceiling, jabbing her knife into the gray woman's skull as she forced her to the ground with her own weight and telekinetic blast. "Good morning~" She quickly pulled another knife, lodging it deep into the woman's heart. The woman hissed, throwing her hands up as something fell on her. Her eyes glowed profusely as the knives were shoved into her body. She threw a punch at the blonde woman on top of her before going limp. Serus felt something up in the corner of the room. Jaelynn? What's she doing here? Suddenly Jaelynn had appeared, knocking the woman over. She felt the hold on her weaken, but not severe. She rolled off the couch, unable to do much anything else. |
Seth got weaker when the woman appeared in front of him. Seth fell to the ground when Jaelynn appeared and started to stab the woman. "Jaelynn run..." Seth said very weakly, so weakly that he was sure she couldn't hear him. He felt the hold on his psychic powers weaken "Sean don't come back until you hear from me, Serus, or Jaelynn." Seth said very weakly as he watched Jaelynn.
"Seth what the fuck why not?" Sean asked but got no reply. "Shit Felix something is wrong with Seth." Sean said really concerned. "I feel his life force is low we need to go and help him." Sean said as he gathered up his power to teleport not caring that there were humans around. "I know I feel it to." Felix said very anxious. Sean tried to teleport but couldn't. "He is blocking my teleportation." Sean said angered. "Why would he do that?" Felix asked now worried. "Something is going down and its not good, let's go." Sean said as he ran outside. Felix followed Sean out of the store. "Hop on." Sean said as he morphed into a cheetah. Felix hopped on but was scared. "Hang on." Sean said as he ran towards Seth's home. |
"Jaelynn! Please go!" Serus exerted as much power as she could until the hold around her shattered. She quickly jumped up, tackling Jaelynn, "I'm sorry sweetie, but I can't have you getting killed on my behalf." She stood with Jaelynn, throwing her and teleporting her daughter back to the Coven house.
She then hurried over to Seth, sensing his force is very low, "Oh my god...Seth..." She narrowed her eyes as she felt a presence behind her. Shit.. Before she could do anything, she became stiff. Jaelynn started to protest but quickly found herself crashing into Annemarie, "God dammit! Let me go back! I can help you!" She threw her fist into the floor, punching a hole through to the first floor. Now she was furious. She stood up as she felt the person on top of her pulled off. She didn't bother with the knives, opting to go after Serus right away. She appeared behind the vampire, paralyzing her spirit, tempted to just rip it out. That was no fun though. She grabbed Serus by the shoulder, her sharp claw-like nails digging into the vampire's flesh as she hoisted her up. "You're children need to learn manners." She pulled Serus up off the floor with her one arm, swinging her in an arc and smashing her through the floor into the basement again. She didn't care about Seth much, and so, jumped down after Serus, landing on top of her, her heels piercing her belly and her feet breaking Serus's already weak ribs. After a moment, she disappeared, sensing others nearby. Serus howled out in pain, but was unable to move. Her brain was communicating with her muscles, but for some reason, an unearthly force prevented her from moving, and it wasn't telekinesis. Suddenly, the woman vanished. After a few minutes she could move again. She yelled out again, writing on the floor in pain. Even though the woman was gone, she could still feel her affecting her. Her psychic powers were still weakened by the hold the woman had on her mind, causing her healing to not work. Blinded by pain, she could only wait until Seth or someone else was able to get to her. |
Sean was running as fast as he could, he finally made it to the house, and he could feel Seth's hold on his teleportation go away. So he teleported inside by Seth. "Jesus fucking christ, Seth are you ok?" Sean asked as he transformed back into his human form.
Felix jumped off when he felt Sean transforming. "Serus?" Seth said weakly. "Damn it man! Felix help him I will go check on Serus." Sean said as he teleported to where he could sense Serus. "Holy shit Serus!" Sean said as he saw her on the floor. He saw that she wasn't healing, he cut his wrist and shoved it on Serus' mouth. "Jaelynn get you ass here now!" Sean said as he felt Seth starting to fade out. "Shit there is so much carnage." Sean picked up Serus and teleported upstairs and put her on the couch. "Felix how is he doing?" Sean asked very concerned. "Not very good. He is fading fast." Felix said as he felt Sean grab his arm. "What are you..." Felix started to say as Sean cut his wrist. "What the fuck?" Felix said as he tried to heal the wound, but Sean was blocking him from doing so. Sean put Felix's cut hand on Seth's open mouth. "Your at full power, I am not." Sean said very worried about Seth. "I know but you could of warned me first." Felix said a little pissed. "Shut the fuck up Felix my brother is dieing, you can give some of your blood to help him." Sean said squeezing Felix's hand. "You don't think I don't know that he's like a brother to me as well, plus he is my sire." Felix said trying to be calm. "I know I'm sorry its just that I have never been in this predicament before." Sean said apologetically. Seth felt the blood trickle down his throat, but he didn't feel any stronger. Seth could only think how Serus was doing. He would sacrifice himself for her, then he thought of the twins and Annemarie. He loved them all he hoped that he would see them at least once more before he died. "Daddy! Jae he is dieing can you take me to him?" Annemarie asked as she shot up looking at Jaelynn. "Please I know I can help him." Annemarie said almost crying. |
Jaelynn forced Annemarie back down on the couch , "I'm sorry but we have to stay here. He'll be okay his brother and Felix are both there. Just try to relax hun"
Serus winced as she was moved, unable to heal at the desired rate. She was in so much pain it was for her to send her cells into overdrive via telepathy. Not to mention it wasn't doing a very good job either. The first thing she had to do was help Seth, but she didn't know how. Jaelynn sighed, "I'm sorry Anne...." With that she knocked the girl unconscious. She teleported to Seth's house, hurrying over to him as she sensed how weak he was. She placed her hand on his head closing her her eyes. "I...don't believe this..." |
Sean was very distraught, Seth wasn't getting any better. He didn't know what to do, he felt Jaelynn appear. "What's wrong Jaelynn?" Sean asked worried about the response.
Felix felt Seth fading even more, he wanted to help even more but he didn't know what to do. He has never seen Seth in this condition. Seth knew everyone was standing around him, he felt Jaelynn touch him. "I'm sorry Jae..." Seth said weakly. Seth felt that something was pulling him out of his body. He didn't want to go, he wanted to see his family once again. He wanted to just hold Serus one more time, yell at the twins for fighting, spend the day with Annemarie, have a drink with Sean, talk with Jaelynn, kid around with Felix, Seth just wanted to be with HIS family. Seth knew he wouldn't be able to fight it for much longer, but was it wrong for him to want those things? |
“Whoever was here earlier is very powerful…they’re still manipulating these two even from such a distance. Serus’s healing is blocked and Seth’s…” She paused, unsure of how to say this so they could understand. She quickly placed her hands on both sides of his head, closing her eyes, focusing on keeping his spirit attached to his body, trying to cut the creature’s link. “Basically, this creature can manipulate spirits..and on a greater spectrum than I can.” She gathered up all her power, weakening the hold the person had on Seth. “I can only do so much, as my ethereal range is only in astral projection.”

Seth was in immense pain when Jaelynn tried to keep his spirit attached to his body. Seth knew that it wouldn't be enough, he wanted to try something he read about when a vampire is close to death with their spirit, and they were empathic. Seth opened his eyes and brought his hands together. He felt a part of his spirit pull out of his body and all of a sudden he was standing in front of Serus, Felix, Sean, and Jaelynn. The room was very distorted and a little bit foggy. "Jaelynn, thank you, you have always been there for me." Seth said as he walked up to her spirit and gave her a hug.
"Sean you may have been a shitty brother in the past, but now I think you have made up for the past." Seth said as he hugged Sean's spirit. "Felix you have been there for me since day one." Seth said as he hugged Felix's spirit. "Now for the love of my life, I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you defeat that thing." Seth said as he gave Serus' kiss and a hug. "I love all of you, you are my family and I know you will do all that you can to try and help me." "You will live on and prove yourselves to who ever it is you need to prove to. You have proven yourselves to me." Seth said as he shoved everyone out of the distorted room. Sean felt his spirit being tugged on when he found himself in a weird room. Sean wanted to say something but he wasn't able to. When his spirit got back to his body he fell to the ground. "What the?" Sean asked as he sat up. Felix was very disoriented when he was standing next to Sean. He couldn't say anything. Felix felt dizzy when his spirit made it back in his body. "Did that happen to you to?" Felix asked flabbergasted. |
Jaelynn could feel Seth manipulating his spirit, and before she could stop him, he was off wasting time with useless goodbyes. "Dammit Seth quit using your power, it's not helping me any." She grabbed onto what was seemingly thing air but was really Seth's spirit and threw it back down onto his body, "Now Stay. Let me focus."
She placed one hand on his forehead and the other over her own heart, closing her eyes to help her focus. She began to transfer some of her own spiritual energy to Seth, binding him to his body and slowly, but surely, rebuilding the connected between the two and in turn, his strength. It was only a few seconds before she couldn't spare anymore energy and was forced to stop. She swayed a bit on her knees, putting her hand to her head, "There...he's a bit more stable. I'll need to recover some before I can completely fix this. I also managed to break that creature's hold..they won't be able to reestablish a connection unless they touch him." She sighed, leaning back until she fell back laying on the floor. "How's Serus?" Serus was still in a great deal of pain, but she at least got the bleeding to stop. "Great..." her voice was layered with sarcasm. She was mildly unaware of what happened with Seth and his casting of his spirit. She had other things to be focused on right now. Suddenly she seized, flying off the couch as the hold on her powers was dropped. The sudden release sent her healing haywire, her ribs setting suddenly and her lungs re-inflating. She rolled to her knees, feeling a cough, and suddenly she coughed up some blood. She let out a groan, holding her torso with one hand, "That..bitch.." As she composed herself, she hurriedly crawled over to Seth and Jaelynn, "Can you transfer some of mine as well? Would that work?" |
Seth was floating by his body, all of a sudden Jaelynn grabbed him by his hair and threw him back into his body. Seth felt a surge of power but was still very weak. He wanted to get up but couldn't. "You didn't have to grab my hair." Seth said very weakly towards Jaelynn. He gave her a smile. "Why does it seam I am always the one who needs the help?" Seth asked trying to get back to himself. Seth tried to sit up but couldn't even lift his head up. Seth looked at everyone sitting around him and started to cry.

Jaelynn forced her hand on Seth, "Shut up. Don't move." She looked to Serus, "I could, but I wouldn't dare, not while there's still danger about. You two," she demanded, looking to Sean and Felix, "sit. Here" She pointed to the open floor next to her then took her hand and placed it over Serus's heart, "Serus, put your hand on Felix's heart, and Felix to Sean's."
Any physical contact would've worked, but the heart was the center of the spirit. It was easiest to access the energy necessary from here, and it used the least amount of power on her part. Serus narrowed her eyes, "Do it anyway Jaelynn...wait..what're you doing?" She scowled, but did as she was told. |
Seth wanted to say something but knew it would come with backlash from Jaelynn.
Felix did as he was told and put his hand by Sean's hart. Sean was confused but didn't wanna speak up. |
Suddenly, the three of them would feel a sort of..tugging. It was an unearthly sort of feeling, but it wasn't telekinetic. They would also notice they were getting a bit weaker as Jaelynn transferred some of their spiritual energy to Seth as well.
She took only a little from Serus, preferring to keep her as strong as possible, mainly taking from Felix and Sean. After a few moments she broke contact with Serus, looking to Seth, "Better? Now, it's not enough to allow you to go prancing about killing people, but you should be able to at least get around the house. You two will need quite a bit of blood though, but I suggest either Sean or Felix gets it." Serus leaned back on her hands, closing her eyes, "I thought you could only Project Jae." She smiled, then reaching out to hug Jaelynn. "Thank you very much Jaelynn." |
"I will go and get it, as well as look up a nice contractor." Sean said as he disappeared.
"A damn freight train. It feels like I was hit by one." Seth said as he sat up holding his head. Seth looked at Jaelynn. "How are the kids?" Seth asked trying to give Jaelynn a hug. Seth looked at the end table, "Damn it that was very expensive." Seth said slightly annoyed. "What was that thing?" Seth wanted to ask but kept it to himself. Seth looked at Felix. "Are you ok?" Seth asked concerned. "Ya I'm fine, I still can't figure out why I couldn't see this thing coming." Felix said sounding defeated. "Its ok Felix we are ok, that's all that matters." Seth said patting him on the knee. Seth looked at Serus. "Are you ok?" Seth asked giving her a hug. |
Jaelynn smiled, "They're fine, I also had to knock out Annemarie. Markus is watching over them. He'll keep them safe while I'm here."
Serus wrapped her arms around Seth, "Yeah, I'm fine now. Once Jaelynn broke that hold I was able to heal." She sighed, resting her head on his shoulder, "We always get into trouble like this..." |
"Ok, thank you Jaelynn." Seth smiled. "We do and it is always Jaelynn or Felix that save our asses." Seth said as he leaned his head on Serus'. "We would both be dead if it wasn't for them." Seth said with a smile. Seth sighed. "Can we get up cause I am sitting on a piece of the table and it is highly uncomfortable." He said with a chuckle.

Serus laughed, hauling him up with her, "I would bet it is. Here, you should relax until Sean gets back. I'll go check on the kids while Jaelynn stays here.' She led Seth down the hall to the master bedroom, laying Seth down on the bed. She gave him a kiss then disappeared.
Jaelynn stood, cracking her back while she was at it, "Why do I feel like I'm her babysitter, rather than her daughter?" She looked to Felix with a slight smile, "They're lucky they have us." Serus appeared in the study at the Antinori Coven House. She quickly hurried over to the twins and Annemarie, waking them up with her power. She glanced to the man in the chair reading a book, "Well..I suppose if someone has to watch them for awhile, it's best to have you." The man laughed, setting the book down and disappeared. The twins woke with a scream, throwing their arms out and grabbing onto Serus and began to cry a bit. Aria was the first to calm down, "A-are you.." she heaved out between sobs. "Okay?" she finished. |
"Ok, and tell them I am fine." Seth said as he walked with Serus to the bedroom. "Shit Annemarie." Seth said closing his eyes. Seth listened to Jaelynn and Felix. "Its because you are good at both." Seth yelled at Jaelynn with a chuckle.
Felix smiled back. "Indeed they are." Felix said as he stood up. "But I swear they are gonna be the death of us." Felix said with a chuckle. "DADDY!" Annemarie yelled as she woke up. "Wheres daddy?" She asked looking at Serus. "Is he ok?" Annemarie asked worried. "I wanna see him, please mom let me see him." She begged. |
Serus tried to pull the twins off her, "Yes, I'm fine, we're fine. Just let me go." She yelled out as the twins squeezed her, cracking a rib that had not fully healed, "Dammit you two let me go!"
They hurriedly obeyed. She took a breath, raising her hands slightly to stop them from approaching, "Now, we're all okay, and your dad is recovering. I'm sorry but I can't take you guys to the house. It's not safe." She quickly silenced the twins as they began to protest, "Ah! Ah! Ah! I don't want to hear it. As soon as he is fit, we will come here for a short time, then we have to find the person that attacked us." Jaelynn rubbed her temples, "They will...that or they will die and I'll be stuck with the damn monsters." She shuddered. |
"Jaelynn we will kill that fucking bitch you don't have to worry about that." Seth said to himself.
"Daddy? Are you ok?" Annemarie asked. "Gahh!" Seth yelled and grabbed his head when Annemarie came through. "I am fine hunbun." Seth said still grabbing his head. "Damn that bitch did a number on my head." Seth said trying to keep the pounding down. "You don't feel fine." Annemarie said grabbing her head. Seth winced when she came through again. "Please hunbun I am fine." Seth said as Sean appeared. Seth blocked his mind so no one could communicate with him telepathically. "I brought a shit load of blood." Sean said holding up five bags full of glass bottles. "Thank you Sean." Seth said as he moved up on the bed so he was leaning on the headboard. "You are welcome, now you and Serus get two bags each, and me, Felix, and Jaelynn will share one." Sean said as he put two bags on the bed. "Thanks how much do I owe you?" Seth said as he opened a bottle of blood. "Ah you owe me nothing I owe you a lot of money so don't worry about it." Sean said as he left the room to go to the living room. "Ok." Seth said as he drank the bottle fast. |
Jaelynn came into the room, taking her share and Serus's, "I'll take this to Serus. When you're done, have Felix bring you to my house. I'm sure you kids want to see you." With that she disappeared. She walked up to Serus, handing her the bottles of blood, "From Sean."
Serus smiled slightly, twisting the cap off one and quickly drinking it, "Thank you. How's he doing?" She nodded, drinking one herself, "He's doing good. After he's finished with the blood, Felix might bring him here..that or later tonight." Lexie began to cry again, "I..wanna..see..him..now.." she sobbed. Aria clung to her twin, trying to not cry, but she nodded, 'M-me too." Serus went over and hugged the twins gently, "He will come as soon as he can..he just needs a moment to rest." |
"The twins are gonna kill me when they see me." Seth said to Sean and Felix entered the room.
"Ya they will." Sean said as he chugged the blood. "And Annemarie oh my god she's gonna flip, I swear she feel's more of my pain then the twins do." Seth said as he flipped his legs to the floor. "Serus I am gonna be coming in a few minutes can you tell the kids not to swarm me." Seth said getting ready to stand up. "That's because for like seven years you were the only person she had." Sean said as he went to help Seth up. "No Sean I can get up on my own. Your right about her though." Seth said as he stood up. "Felix you know how to teleport right?" Seth asked as he fell back on the bed. "I can but it drains my power." Felix said as he opened another bottle. "Ok I can help you teleport me to Jaelynn's." Seth said as he stood up again and walked over to Felix. "If anything goes down contact me right away Sean." Seth said as he leaned on Felix. "I will, even though you would be no help." Sean said as Seth and Felix disappeared. "Hey guy's." Seth said as he appeared next to Serus. |
Serus quickly rounded up the twins, holding them by their waist so the were horizontal. Just in time. Seth and Felix had appeared and the twins started to flail. "Jaelynn! Take..someone!" she fell down trying to keep a hold on the twins, but Lexie ending up slipping from her grasp. Rather than try to catch her, she held tightly onto Aria, "You can't go running at him!"
Jaelynn jumped in between Seth and Lexie, swooping the girl up and holding her tightly with both hands, "You have to be gentle you two. Your dad is still very sore. Understand?" |
Seth felt like he just entered a circus. He let go of Felix, and slowly walked over to where Annemarie was sitting and gently sat down. "I'm sorry you had to feel all of that hunbun." Seth said as he gave her a hug.
"It's ok daddy, as long as you are safe that's all that matters." She said hugging Seth hard. Seth kissed her on the head, and let go. "Now only one of you two at a time." Seth said still having one arm around Annemarie. "And don't jump on me, or you could break my ribs again." Seth said knowing that no matter what they would charge at him. When Seth walked over to the couch Felix followed behind Seth so just in case he would fall he could catch him. |
