Before my sleep schedule f'ed up, i usually go around 12-1am... But if i have job, that will be 9-11pm for sure. But right now... i go like 5-8am D; |

Yeah so today in 2hrs, will take an hour of yoga to see if it help me feel at ease and calm to sleep early... If not, im screwed. :C /cant rely on sleep pills forever. then zumba after yoga ^-^ <333 |
