I work out far too much.
Eat far too less. And I'm a serious fan of what my boyfriend calls "Rabbit Food". xD; I can eat fruits and veggies all day. I like to keep in shape. Being fit is really important to me. I'm 5'3", last time I checked, and my current weight is 115-116 lbs. ><; Not what I was going for, but... |

I swim for 45 minutes to an hour five days a week. Strength Training at least four days, toning five days a week. And of course, I get my cardio in, as well. <3 |
Ooh nice, im not big into swimming. XD At least i enjoy play in pool for fun though. :3 Im trying to cut down my weight lifting so i dont pack on bulk of muscles as they weight more... >-> I want to be under 200lbs... my dream weight goal is 185lbs XD So i have like 20lbs away from 200lbs. OTL |

Works out every single muscle, and since I'm toning, thats REALLY good for me. Unfortunately, I'm not a big eater. So I get in the proteins I need, and thats about it. I have a horrible habit of only eating once a day... so.. -le sigh- |
I know but im not ready to swim shirtless yet. XD Just need to tone up more... >-> But i do look good with nice fitting clothes though and i finally can slip into jeans that doesnt feel too tight around my waist, thighs, and ass. xD |
Well im off to gym for my 40 mins cardio. XD Then maybe do chest, abs, legs, back, and chin ups while im at it. Ta-ta. |
