I can not help it. If I can not find an alternative to make the person happy, then I am more then happy to bother my manger. XD she is amusing when she is annoyed. But most of the time a compromise can be met except those customers that are just ass holes. Greedy fucking ass holes who think a 10% difference in price will make a difference.

I know right? Ugh. I hate some customers who lost their internet for about 3 hours because of maintenance, demanding for credits! >A<!!

So three hours out of a months service, if you calculated how many hours are in a month then divide it by the amount they pay its possible but after that it would be so minor that it would not even effect their bill.
