That is true. I expect to see more as it gets closer.

And that's what I meant by sniping. It's an ebay term for bidding last minute.

Alpha 01-03-2012 12:53 AM

147 aurum

Yeah, I know that. Was just literally explaining.

Airina 01-03-2012 12:55 AM

*stretches* how are you guys tonight?

Renata 01-03-2012 12:55 AM

148 Aurum.
I'm sorry Alpha I meant that towards Airi.

Alpha 01-03-2012 12:57 AM

149 aurum

Oh, sorry. Makes sense now.

And I am good Airi. How about you?

Renata 01-03-2012 12:59 AM

150 Aurum
Lol it's all good Alpha.

Airina 01-03-2012 01:00 AM

Tired.... and thank you for explaining sweetie. And bummed about my car.... but more frustrated that it happened today.... because now we're trying to balance out who gets cars and what not...

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:05 AM

151 aurum

Well, at least you will be getting a replacement door of the same color. I am hoping I can get the same but with my front bumper.

Renata 01-03-2012 01:09 AM

152 Aurum
At least you guys found another door of the same color.

Airina 01-03-2012 01:10 AM

Yeah i hope so. I don't like it when its not the same..... so i was thinking that i was gonna have to save up my money to get a new paint job....

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:13 AM

153 aurum

I will have to do that if my mechanic doesn't quite get the right color for my bumper. It will cost me a bit, but I would rather have it match then mismatch, especially with my car.

Airina 01-03-2012 01:16 AM

What kind of car do you have?

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:18 AM

I drive a 2004 Ford Mustang. The only part of the car's body that isn't steel is the freaking bumper which is fiberglass.....that's the only reason I have to get it replaced. Which is why I would rather have one from the 60s/70s and restore it.

Renata 01-03-2012 01:20 AM

154 Aurum

Well hopefully you don't need too Airi.

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:21 AM

155 aurum

Definitely hope you don't. It is a pain with the extra step and money required. Never mind having to find someone who will do a good job.

Airina 01-03-2012 01:22 AM

I already know of a place that will do a good job.... my brother painted his truck a while back and that place did a really good job.... but you never know.... and alpha i am sooooo jealous! i want a mustang sooooo bad..... just ask ren.... i literally was drooling over them at a car show...

Renata 01-03-2012 01:23 AM

156 Aurum
It should hopefully be okay. I'm fine with a Mustang I wouldn't mind one. Vroom Vroom -maniacal laugh-

Nice. I like muscle cars in general, though I tend to lean towards mustangs. Give me a classic Camaro or Charger though and I will be just as happy.....unless you want to throw in the ultimate trump of the 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 *drools at the thought of* That thing was amazing.....

Airina 01-03-2012 01:25 AM

Someday! i really want one they are sooooo pretty!

Oh yes!!! that was an amazing year..... amazing car.... we named our german shepherd after the mustang shelby's. her name is shelby she's so cute!

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:27 AM

Very nice. My goal (as is Tiva's since we both love muscle cars) is to get an older Camaro or Mustang and restore it to original condition with maybe a few tweaks to the engine to increase its overall power.

Airina 01-03-2012 01:30 AM

One of my family friends does that. and does racing cars. its sooooo amazing!

Renata 01-03-2012 01:30 AM

I want a '57 Chevy that or a lamburgini mercialago (Butchered beyond belief) But for realistic wants. I'd love a new Buick Regal.

Airina 01-03-2012 01:32 AM

Lol you are so silly. I love you sweetie

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:32 AM

Nice, I've had some friends of the family who have, but I would be the first in my family to do so. Also, realistically I would like to get a Toyata Tacoma or Dodge Dakota (maybe a Dodge Ram) for a truck to haul and use for moving. Although my ultimate car goal is to get a Mustang Super Snake.....over 900 hp with the mods to it before I would get my hands on it.....

Airina 01-03-2012 01:35 AM

Ooooh and the tacoma is ok i guess.... don't go dodge for trucks.... if you want a really powerful one get a ford. the f 250s are really nice

Renata 01-03-2012 01:36 AM

How am I silly? and nice I'm not really good with cars in fact Airi is better with them than I am.

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:37 AM

Only reason I like the Ram is because my dad had one and I had the chance to drive it on several occasions. With the Hemi in there it is a beast. And I would prefer to get one of the smaller trucks so as to keep it kinda reasonable, though if I was going for something similar to the Ram I would look at Ford's trucks.

Airina 01-03-2012 01:38 AM

*blushes* just because my brothers made me learn and so did my dad

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:40 AM

I didn't learn much from my dad. I learned more on my own and from my grandfather (mom's dad) than I did from my own dad. Except after I turned 18, but eh. Only out of necessity since I kept his Eclipse running and in proper order while he was away.

Airina 01-03-2012 01:41 AM

Wow nice nice. I know how to do most easy things

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:43 AM

Eh, it wasn't hard to do, just the basic stuff. Keeping tires aired and making sure the driver's side front stayed on the rim. Making sure fluids were proper levels. Nothing out of place or rattling. Keeping an eye on parts. Meh, wasn't that hard really...just required remembering to do it.

Renata 01-03-2012 01:45 AM

162 Aurum
Yeah I know just about nada.

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:47 AM

163 aurum

Honestly it isn't that hard to learn, just takes sitting down and either looking through the manual(s) and reading about or having someone with hands on experience to show you.

Renata 01-03-2012 01:48 AM

164 Aurum
ahhh okies.

Espy 01-03-2012 01:48 AM

Alpha 01-03-2012 01:56 AM
