For lizzie have you tried the lolli hair? you could layer that with...uhm...something...I think...and get it close

no problem! I have it for my Amy cosplay, so I knew it would work :)
now you just need a gazillion bows, ruffles, lacy bits, and some NOT high heels(if you're not up to date on the manga you NEED TO BE, cause lizzie got awesome!)
