Kale looked even more light headed. After another long moment of watching her, his eyes suddenly rolled up and he started to fall to the side.

James finally came over and grabbed her hand, trying to lead her closer.

Blaze let Kale fall onto the bed, focusing on herself for another minute or two before her body finished absorbing the liquid. Then she got up and cleaned herself up a bit before picking up Kale to carry him back to his own room.

Yue came a little closer, but she didn't seem to want to go too far away from the surface.

James was having a lot of fun with the dolphins, pointing a baby one to Yue. The baby was very curious and cautiously swam closer to Yue.

Yue tried to back away slowly without scaring it.

The baby swam right up and bopped Yue with it's nose. Then it darted back before swimming in a circle around Yue. It's actions were somewhat familiar...

So Yue stayed where she was, watching it carefully. But after awhile she had to go back up for air.

"It's so cute~" James gushed as he surfaced as well, "I just want to squeeze it! It won't come near me though," he pouted.

Yue was still in a little shock. And then a little thrown off by James gushing at it.

James quickly dived back down again.

Yue took another moment to catch her breath before going back down.

So they dived for awhile. James finally swam up to her and spit some water at her face.

Yue cussed a little and splashed him back before cleaning off her face. "That's disgusting," she told him.

James chuckled and swam to the boat, pulling himself back onto it.

Yue cleaned herself off before slowly swimming back to the boat.

Once Yue was on the boat, James started up the boat.

Yue sighed a little as she took off the snorkeling equipment and tried to ring out her clothes the best she could.

James tossed her a towel before steering them back towards the resort.

Yue didn't say anything as she dried herself off.

"We don't have any food," James explained with a sigh.

"Huh?" Yue asked.

"On the boat," he clarified, "It's way past lunch already."

[blah]

It didn't look like Yue had noticed.

James blinked at her, "We could always go fishing again..." he offered.

Yue stared blankly at James. Like that was going to happen.

James laughed. When they got back James offered his hand dramatically to help her off the boat.

Yue paused a moment, but then took his hand.

James grinned, "You trust me!"

"Don't get ahead of yourself," Yue replied blandly as she raised an eyebrow.

James nodded, "Wouldn't dream of it," and started to lead her into the kitchen.

Yue let him. She rang her hair out a little more on the way, clothes still a bit damp.

Before dinner, Nic finally pulled into the dock.

No one was around to meet him.

Nic didn't mind as he started to make his way to his room.

Laurel was waiting inside, sitting on the edge of the bed and kicking her heels. She had Amela in her lap, looking a more than a little lonely.

Nic walked in, not expecting her. Right away, she could tell he was a little off.

Laurel blinked up at Nic, "Oh!" she said excitedly as she stood, "You're back!" She walked with a little skip over to him, holding Amela.

Nic didn't say anything as he closed the door. He didn't seem entirely himself.

Laurel blinked, finally picking up on his strange vibe, "You okay?" he asked, touching his arm.

"... I'm fine," he told her as he walked over to sit down on the bed. She could start to tell he was more tired than usual. But there was another sort of discomfort hiding in his expression.

Laurel frowned a little, following him over, "Did something happen?" she tried again.
