We're on the phone with the birth certificate company of colorado trying to order one xp

Ugh, that suuuuuuucks, I have given up on getting my birth certificate. the only way I can is if I go down to the city and pay for it at the hospital I was born in...which is bloody annoying since it was a military hospital!

The phone people couldn't find him by his name or his social security number. xp so now we are calling his mom to find out the exact county he was born in

faaaaaaantastic. lemme know if I can do any legwork for you as I'm here in CO. I don't imagine they'll let me do much, but I can be a physical presence if need be.

This is just frustrating that's what it is :<

My only problem with text descriptions is I tend to interpret things wrong and people get upset D:

if you're having issues with people needing visuals you can google HeroMachine and get a generator that will let you build a reasonable facsimileing of how the characters should look then can use verbiage to indicate changes...just an idea.
