I have made one before, but it was a cosplay of one of my original characters in a book I am writing. This was done on another site, though. I may try to do it here later.

That is always good to do.

Why no look into thinks you like anime, movies, games things like that.

Cosplay is just dressing as any character from anything you like, most people who usely dress up do it are anime fans or costume actors for like a Ren Fair or plays.

Cosplay = Costume Play
So, if you're in a costume and 'playing' at the character you're cosplaying
It is by no means limited to one form of media.
You can cosplay from Japanese animation, american animation, live action movies, tv shows, bands, books, etc.

So, have fun picking out clothes and go to town!

They don't know what they're missing out on!

I suppose it all goes back to the extreme joy of dressing up for Halloween as a kid.

The Halloween when I was seven and I dressed up as Sailor Moon was probably my favorite ever.
My mom always made our costumes for us.
So, they were always high quality looking and super nice.
Ahhh... to be a child again.
