Pardon me if this has already been asked, but is the judging based on the design of the item, or the quality of the pixelling, or both?

Edit: And I'll say this again. I'M WILLING TO PIXEL FOR ANYONE WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PIXEL. You just need to design the outfit, or tell me what to make if by drawing or pictures on the internet! Just ask me!

Im not partnering in anyway, im just willing to do the work and let the person call the pixels their own. I just want people to enter with their designs and not feel discourage that they will only gain a portion of the reward if they won or that they cant pixel.

Im very surprised that no one (other then kami) is willing to take up my offer. I'm basically offering a free one man sweatshop to anyone who asks.

I don't really know either. Maybe people want to try out the pixels themselves, or haven't seen your offer, or don't particularly feel like submitting into this particular competition.
