She just usually says to send a COD, even when she's not online. XD; I've been doing that with my Crystals. I've gotten a bunch of Runes from her for them.

How many runes for how many crystals?

10 Runes for each 50 Crystals.
10 Runes for 20 Queen's Jewels.
And if you have some Pearls left over, she'll give you Runes for those too.

Yes, yes. I know all about dragon water. We're trying to raise the dragon population, though, so you have to mingle and play nice with the other dragons! XD
