8. Lol, you guys are way ahead of me, I have done nothing for Christmas yet. But Amazon will save me. XD

when i email my cousins in august or september, i think it's too early. but then when november rolls around and i have chanukah crochet, xmas crochet and NaNo, i'm thankful that i did send the email out that early!

Amazon is the best site ever for Christmas shopping. But I always do it at once for the free shipping. XD

I've always been in awe of people who are crafty... I keep trying, but it doesn't stick.

9. Some years I have more time than money, and those are the crafting years. Some years I have more money than time, and those are the shopping years. Some years I'm short on both, and those are the think-of-something-clever-fast years.

my mom taught me to sew when i was in middle school. i taught myself to crochet at the end of 2011... =)

That's great. I know how to sew a little. Just enough to sew things together.

I'm not allowed near the sewing machine anymore. I made a blanket for my Dad one year for Father's Day... or tried too. My mother in law gave me two shots on her sewing machine before doing it herself because I almost broke the machine both times. I did the embroidery on it by hand, though.

awww... oopsie! hand embroidery is pretty awesome though!

It was my first big project, and it wasn't super fancy, but I thought it looked pretty nice.
