In Japan? If you want to see more lolita/cosplay and less moe cosplay, you should definitely go to Harajuku or Ueno Park. I wasn't able to go last month to these places, but the last time I was in Japan for leisure, there were many of them during the weekend. Plus, they don't mind foreigners taking pictures (most of the time anyway).

I get the feeling that if I see someone walking around in a cosplay costume or lolita fashion I'm going to be like "WAIT CAN I TAKE A PICTURE OF YOOOU?"
